Arriving By Bike™

Everyone at the store is super helpful and friendly! I called over the phone to ask about the availability of a specific bike we hadn't been able to find near us. They set aside the color my kiddo asked for. Once we got to the store, kiddo fell in love with a different color, and they were super accommodating and helpful getting him the color he wanted. The owner even gave us some tips for getting the bike put together. Awesome first bike experience! It's definitely worth the drive to go to Arriving By Bike!

Everyone was super kind & helpful even though I clearly know NOTHING about bikes! I came in for a tune up & they could have easily done it when it wasn’t needed, but were honest and helped me get it set up (no tune-up needed) for free. Highly recommend!

I like this shop. They have a great selection of touring gear and accessories including brands like Brooks and Ortlieb, which in my opinion are some of the best. If you want to build a solid touring bike look no further and do yourself a favor and drop on in.

I needed tools to rework my old classic. They pointed me to the right tools and we had a good laugh when I still had to come back 5 min later to get the seized part loose for a very reasonable charge.

I love this store! It has a very friendly atmosphere and there's a sense of community and solidarity as cyclists. The price of having your bike fixed is a great deal (they installed a new inner tube for me for $15 TOTAL, including the cost of the replacement). They also have some books on PNW cycling and a good selection of gear. Arriving By Bike is the go-to bike shop in Eugene! 🙂

This is an amazing shop! The people inside are super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. You get all the service of a huge shop without any of the judgement or weird vibes. They still have great selection too. I am far from an expert when it comes to my daily commuter bike, and they have saved my bacon a few different times now. They are quick too. I swung by with a flat one day and needed to commute with that bike the next morning at 5am. In less than 20 minutes they had it changed out and had found the thorn that made the puncture - and this was like 30 minutes before they closed. From what I can tell, their prices are very competitive. They are so nice when you walk in, and it feels super genuine - which I really enjoy! They aren't trying to schmooze me, the just want to help me find what I need. Great shop! Great people! I don't need to look around. I found my go-to bike hub.
