AT&T Store

I was helped within two minutes of walking in. Very surprising for a Saturday visit to the phone store Anaiya Help me choose a device. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and nice to work with. It came time to set up my new phone with technology. It was her break time so Evan stepped in. He did a fantastic job of answering all my questions and also was very efficient. He didn’t let me leave until I made sure all my data transferred& all my contacts transferred. My email was set up etc. etc. as a real estate agent I depend very highly on my phone, it has to work 24/7. I left their filling, confident I could use the new device and get back to work immediately. This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. Seriously this is a great team of professionals. Go see them.

Even was a great help with setting us up with new samsung z 7 folds. He was there throughout both phone transfers and answered questions we had about our new phones. Our dog was welcomed into the store and he gives a five ruffs.

I was so up happy with T Mobil. I went to the ATT store by house and Sukvo got me a new phone and Home internet, for less than Im being charged for Tmobil so if your looking to Switch carriers. Go i and see Sukvo.

Went in to get a new phone with ample time before they closed. Alisha and one other lady were in the store and no customers, first they tried to send me to cell phone repair shop then they were not willing to upgrade my phone or assist they just said we cannot help. This was the worst service I have ever had at any att location. I would never recommend going here. Been a long time att customer and very disappointed. Walked into another location and they were able to help me within 20 min with getting a new phone. While also helping other people that were having issues. This is the tupe service as a paying customer that we should get. I don't know how Alisha keeps her job not willing to help people.

Nona, Is an Amazing manager she went out of her way on a busy day to make me feel better about switching from T-Mobil with which i am so upset about them and there service all lies there from the beginning and my internet box is horrible, so I would definitely recommend the ATT store by The Eugene Mall. Abraham at the Valley River store in Eugene really epitomized customer service and incredible helpfulness with me and my elderly parents today. His demeanor, patience and expertise made ATT look really good and made me happy that I’m a customer.

If I could give negative stars I would. We were very disappointed in this location. Alisha was not willing to assist with a new phone. We were from out of town and phone just died on us. Walked into this location and her and one other employee could not be bothered to help or assist. All they said was we can't do anything. Been longtime members with ATT and this is frustrating that we are traveling have no phone and no customer service to help.
