⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Batteries Plus in Eugene. Chris Cortese, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right after an issue with an iPhone battery replacement. He showed real integrity and followed through until the situation was fully resolved. It’s rare to find that level of accountability and customer care these days. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend this store for anyone needing phone or battery services.

Excellent price and service. They replaced 2 very heavy 6V batteries in my Class B RV, which was quite a difficult task, for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service! My go to place for any battery needs.

This is my second time going to batteries plus for a new car battery, and they are the best! I got my battery tested and found I needed a new one, but the shop didn’t have one in stock and wouldn’t be able to get one until next week, so batteries plus was the place to call first! They’re so helpful, have a great stock of options, and amazing customer service. Joe was so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend going to them first!!

I bought a battery for my Mazda on 1-7-24. Before the year was up it was struggling to keep a charge. I called the store and they told me nothing was wrong with the battery and it just needed to be charged. I got a good quality charger as taking it to the store was not very practical. I have charged the battery half a dozen time now and currently, it will not hold a charge for a week, whether in or out of the car. Today the battery is 16 months old. I feel the store blew me off. I can take the $192 hit but will never go back and highly recommend a reliable auto parts store for your car battery purchase. Two stars because the battery worked for about 8 months. Add: Called as suggested below. Still have to take battery out and run it to the inconvenient location for the to charge and check it. So, my above review stands.

The Specialty batteries were quickly delivered at the address provided they fit perfectly and have plenty of cranking amps I would recommend batteries plus in Eugene they always have what I need

After calling around different places, I found Batteries + Bulbs online. The online site said, I could get 10% off my purchase. I badly & urgently needed a battery for my 2013 Kia Soul! today, because I was stranded & had to get my vehicle jump started. After comparing prices, speaking to different places, Batteries + Bulbs was the best in price & even installed it for me too. The battery installation in my vehicle isn't easy either. They also honored the online 10% discount, even though I was a drive in. Some of the other best things too were, that they carried my battery, had only one left, set it aside for me & they are open until 8pm. Everyone else closed at 5pm, or didn't carry my battery at all, or were higher priced. I will gladly recommend them to everyone! Alex was my technician & he stayed pleasant the whole time, during the extremely difficult installation, of my new battery! Thank you Alex & Thank you Batteries + Bulbs!!

I recommend not buying anything from this place there warranties are a joke I’ve taken the batteries out of my truck for the second time for them to deep charge to say they are still good when another place told me one of the batteries was bad customer service sucks more like customer inconvenience. Another 2 days without my truck and probably still have to buy a working battery
