I called looking for help figuring out what kind of batteries I needed to replace the ones in my electric truck. I didn’t know much about the specifics, but they were incredibly patient on the phone—asking thoughtful questions to make sure they were recommending the right setup for my needs. When I came in person, they walked me through everything. They confirmed my charger would work with the new batteries, gave me a quick tutorial on how to properly maintain them, and made sure I felt confident before I left. It wasn’t just a sale—it was clear they genuinely cared that I had the right information and setup for my truck. It was a great experience start to finish, and I’d absolutely recommend them.

I got a battery on 1/9 and came back the same day to drop off my old battery. Both interactions were great. My second interaction was why I decided to leave a review. Ashton appeared happy to answer any questions I had. I am not very mechanically inclined, so it was nice to have someone willing to help you understand something. You don’t always get customer service like that these days. I would recommend everyone to go here for your batteries.

I know most reviews are positive with interstate but my experience was not so much not with the staff but with there product. I bought a battery for a bmw I just purchased less than 2 years ago and the car did not get much use. The car was used daily to take my daughter to school and picked up and suddenly the battery was dead and would not keep a charge. We took it in they said they would look it over and get back to us after checking it out, few days later they let us know the battery was no good and would not take a charge, duh. For supposedly being a premium battery I have never had a battery last so little of time for the cost. Being a bmw I thought I would spend more to get a quality 1 but why when I can get a generic for a lot less that will last longer than that for sure.

We took our car batteries to interstate Battery on Seneca & received the best customer service from Ashton and David. I got a chance to meet a team member and it just feels like these folks have respect for everyone that walks in without any judgement. We highly recommend them for all your Battery issues.

Horrible place to sell dead Battery's I went in with 2 full size car batterys plus one motorcycle battery and a lawnmower battery. The guy behind the counter wrote it up then handed me $ 8.00 I said is that all I get he said that's all they go for these days. So when I got to my van I called battery exchange and asked them what they pay and guess what. They said $ 15.00 each. So not only does interstate Battery rip me off Blatantly the guy straight looked me in the eye and lied right to my face. HE IS A BALD FACE LIER AND IF HE WILL LIE ABOUT THAT WHAT ELSE DOES HE LIE ABOUT??????? I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
