Mobile Kangaroo thank you thank you for calming my electronic (iPhone) fears. I was relived, heard, helped and was at ease when I walked through your door. I just purchased an iPhone 16, excitement quickly turned into nightmare. I soon was overwhelmed with the whole process. Working with electronics (iPhone) is not my strength. I know I’m not the only one that has this defective problem. I am a retired contractor who builds houses, remodels with ease, yet I soon was out of my zone. I was agitated and anxious. I borrowed someone else’s working phone, did a search on "phone repair" and there were a few prospects. The one that caught and kept my attention was the one that said: "Apple Authorized provider". They had my attention. Monday morning at 9am, awesome. I was parked out front 8:45. Went and got coffee returned at 8:55 lights were on. Again Awesome. I walked in was met with a smile and handshake. The technician listed to my issues then laid out a strategy where by I can walk away with my iphone in tact. The price I was quoted was considerably lower than expectation, he told me to come back in aprox. 45 minutes. I showed back up in 30 minutes. He brought it to me and said " your phone is working fine" Eureka!!! I was thrilled, relieved and happy with how seamless the process was. Thank you thank you for listening, never making me feel inferior. They knocked it out of the park.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience both with Mobile Kangaroo and William, the staff who serviced my phone today. I went in with a badly cracked screen and fully expected to be without a phone for days or for them not to have the parts to fix it. Instead, my phone was assessed within 15 minutes and then ready to be picked up with a brand-new screen after only 2 hours! It was incredibly easy to book my service appointment through my Apple Care+ plan. I will definitely use this business again if I have a phone issue!

Mobile Kangaroo came to the rescue when I dropped my phone off the roof of my house. I was expecting a long wait and a hefty bill, but they surprised me with super quick service and got me set up with a replacement phone in no time. Their team was friendly and efficient, and I really appreciate the convenience they offered. Definitely recommend them for fast and reliable phone help.

I had a fantastic experience getting my iPhone screen replaced. They were super quick, and explained the process to me and any "if... then..." situations that might arise so I was fully prepared for any issues that might come up. Fortunately none did, and my phone was ready in about an hour. Definitely recommend this establishment for any iPhone repairs! Marlon was very polite and informative, which made the entire process so much easier.

Amazing place!! Mobile Kangaroo totally saved me from falling into buying a new phone!! Five stars all the way. Great guy helped me. Eugene is missing an Apple Store to make purchases but this place is it -officially- as far as Apple repairs, parts, screens, etc and know how! So relieved to find them.

William is so helpful and professional. He explained what to expect and my phone was repaired quickly. If I ever need service on my apple devices, I will come back to Mobile Kangaroo.
