They made me wait so long to get a 5g container, because they could not find the price. Another guy was in line asking for some parts, and they did not know what he really needed, and tried to charged him $20 for freight. Ridiculous
One guy spent 30 minutes with one customer and only two people working. I'm sure that one guy appreciated the personal time but the line of customers sure didn't
The FREE wiper installation is enough for me to pick this store but they were also courteous and good prices!!
What happened to this location? Came in to get my battery tested. Two guys at the counter. One customer in front of me. Absolutely no acknowledgement of me. When I finally did get help. The employee didn't seem all that knowledgeable or helpful. I did get my battery tested, but I won't be coming back. Before the new management took over this was my go to spot. Never had a bad experience. Disappointed.

Probably the best auto parts shop in Eugene. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whether they have the parts of not, they will help you find it and order it. Edit: David deserves a raise! Super helpful and knowledgeable.
I bought the wrong $150 battery and when I tried to return it 3 hours later they refused. Be careful and make sure to take your receipts with you when dealing with this business.
