My wife just turned 60, and after the year she had, I wanted a gift that said more than words could. The prices here made me flinch — no sugarcoating that — but the bracelet I found was perfect: elegant, timeless, just like her. Such a wonderful store in Eugene. One stop shop for all sorts of fancy stuff. The pieces of jewelry in this store are sorted from all around the US as well as other parts of the world. Very unique and one of the kinds. From my point of view, this store sells coolest pieces of jewelry in Eugene area. The hidden gem in Eugene indeed.

Jodi at New Twist is a GEM. She went above and beyond to address an issue I had with a gift I'd received from the store. It's very clear how much she cares about her customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. I'm so impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to work with me. I will absolutely be shopping here in the future. If you're in the Eugene area, definitely check out this cute shop - you won't regret it.

Don’t waste your time. Jodi is a snob and very passive aggressive. I expect that if I buy an expensive pc of jewelry I should be able to get it fixed for a nominal fee. Too be told too many of my pcs cost her so much time to send back to be fixed? This is awful service. If you love to spend your hard earned money to not actually wear the jewelry, this is ur place if you are hard working and want to actually wear the jewelry. Don’t waste your precious time!

I am super happy with the service I received from New Twist. Being on the opposite coast, I had to check that the store was real and not a scam bc the price for the bracelets I wanted was super reasonable. When my order didn’t come, I was concerned, and I contacted them. It was my fault. I’d recently moved and put my old zip code, and we were unsure of what was going to happen. I checked the post office to no avail, and basically wrote the bracelets off. I didn’t expect anything from New Twist bc it was my error, but they continued checked in on me from time to time over the next month, which I truly appreciated. Christmas came and went, and I got a call that they’d finally been returned to them. They checked for the correct address and sent them right back out to me. I’m so pleased with their level of customer service, I will be using them more often.

I was visiting the 5th street area and came across the most beautiful store, NewTwist. The ladies who worked there were so friendly and the selection of merchandise including jewelry, ornaments, glassware, art, books, etc was super unique and lovely. I purchased an ornament and Anne, who helped me wrapped it so beautifully. I absolutely loved my entire experience and hope to go back again soon. I live out of state so will definitely be ordering online for gifts and such!

I went in to New Twist last week to buy a couple of gifts and had an amazing shopping experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was the most important person in the world. I didn't get the sense that the staff were rushed or that making a sale was their priority. I genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure that I felt valued and taken care of. I had a wonderful time looking at all of the ornaments and merchandise in the store and found the prices to be very reasonable. I'm always impressed by the beautiful and unique items they find for the store. I found myself dawdling after I had completed my purchase because I was having such a nice time in the store and I wasn't ready to go back to all of my responsibilities. Thank you for providing a peaceful, relaxing escape during my busy afternoon.
