Went to mail something with FedEx. Quick, efficient. They gave me advice on how to label it and even had tape for me to use, although I brought my own. (most shipping places don't have any for free). Would recommend!

Enrique is the best in the biz! Recently having to print a bunch of labels and mail lately and he’s been a peach to work with every time. He’s efficient while still maintaining conversation/asking clarifying questions. Thanks for making menial tasks a little less boring!

The store seems outdated, and the lightning wasn't bright generally speaking. However, they do carry all sorts of office supplies (technologies not so much), you would most likely find what you need from this store.

I drove across town to this store to have two packets of paper spiral bound. I walked up to the service counter and the only employee barely acknowledged me, looking irritated. I said hello and he hesitantly walked over. I told him what I needed, I’ve done this in the past and it takes about 5 minutes. He said he had a lot of orders and it would be a wait. Then he stared blankly, I asked "how long of a wait, do you have a time frame like 5 or 20 minutes?". My husband and kids were waiting in the parking lot. He told me I would need to leave my things and they would call when they were ready. I felt that was ridiculous, his whole manner was very rude and unfriendly. I will seek service elsewhere, hoping someone actually treats me with respect and can do a basic job!! I can’t believe how awful customer service is these days.

My son and I showed up at 9:55 am and waited out front until they unlocked the door. They unlocked the door at 9:57 am, so we entered. As we walked past the second set of doors a clerk began yelling "STOP! WE DONT OPEN UNTIL 10!" He yelled it a few times. I feel there could have been a different way to deal with this. We could have been allowed to peruse the items until they were ready. There was only a 3-minute difference and they opened the door. I feel like they could have handled this differently. Maybe he should have said something along the lines like "go ahead and look around but we won't be ready for another 3 minutes." Or "please understand we won't be ready for another 3 minutes." But no, HE YELLED!! As a matter of fact, my last 10 experiences at this location have been more and more disappointing. I've said it a few times but today did it. I'm never shopping there again and I would encourage people to avoid this location.

Very poor customer service twice now, so it warrants a review. Not helpful at all with a sarcastic attitude from employees in the service section. The cahiers up front were actually pleasant. I will not return to purchase another item and have selected another company to do business with. I needed help with Federal Documents that needed printed. I was also interested in buying a very good printer for my wife/ teaching position. The guy blatantly ignored me after asking me what he could do for me. He litterally walked away.I told him thanks a lot for your help on the way out the door. He says sarcastically, Have a nice day. I did after buying a printer somewhere else. Not much of a printing service if you can't even get a document printed without figuring it out for yourself. Luckily I succeeded in self service.
