Went in to OfficeMax to print documents before an international trip and the self serve copiers weren’t working properly. Perla who was working in the printing department helped me and I was able to print what I needed. Thank you, Perla! Your patience, kindness, and willingness to help was truly appreciated.

Just had EXTREMELY horrible service from the blonde haired cashier. Store was a ghost town even after calling for someone to assist at the register so I peek around back through the corner and this girl gets up and yells at me about how she's on her lunch (which apparently exempts her from acting like a human and using her words).

Very rude workers, I went there one day to get some stuff for my kids and the employee told us to leave. The only person who was kind to us was a green hair lady. My kids and I shouldn’t have to deal with this when going into office max, Ive been going to this office max for years and to get kicked out for NO REASON. I was just simply trying to buy something…

My son had to scan and send a drawing asap and Office Max was able to do that for him. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the night before last he went a different company similar type of store and the guy knew nothing about how to do his job. He told my son well I don't know what to tell you!! On another note the store seemed halfway empty on alot of shelves and didn't seem to have too great of a selection.. seems like Office Max used to have better choices and selections before the moved over here!! It is a clean store and the guy that helped me was really nice.

employees we're extremely disrespectful. kept yelling at us to "hurry up" our shopping when we we're attempting to find the right headphones. When we finally got to checkout, our experience brightes because of a kind lady with grewn hair.

Purchased a Printer ET – 3850 at Office Max Store # 6817 on 042325. During the sale by a male employee, a person identified as the general manager approached and though there were boxes of the printer displayed on the sales floor, stated that she’d get a printer from stock. After several minutes she came back with an appropriately labelled box (Though the bar code had been cut out). At home discovered the printer was used, i.e.: not factory bagged/sealed, no safety tape, no documents, no ink – advertised as included, paper was in feed tray, ink in reservoirs, etc. Returned it for an actual "new" printer. Helped by an assistant (Printing) manager, who was professional and knowledgeable. The general manager was not present to explain why she’d represented a used printer as new. Even if she’d unwittingly selected a printer from "returned items", as the general manager, she should have known better. Sadly, without an explanation, I’m left with the feeling that I’d initially been exposed to some questionable behavior.
