Customer Reviews

This is a terrible price gouging shop. The reviews that say they are great mechanics are from during the previous ownership. The place is now riding the old reputation while straight out fleecing people. I saw them literally make up the prices, this husband and wife will gladly take you for more while extending the time of your repairs just for that reason. Go to the pop a lock or anywhere else for and honest repair shop.
were able to help me with my rv country coach issue right away. You can tell they do have experience.
I tried to use this business. I bought a van and asked them to convert it for me. I emailed, called, and came in person with my van. They would not or could not reply in any meaningful way. They just kept putting me off. When a friend who knew someone there called on my behalf, the owner said I wasn’t serious. I live in Eugene. I instead used a company in Colorado. Drove it there and home. Spent $70k with the Colorado company. I love my new van converted by the Colorado company. Oregon Motor Coach was incredibly unorganized, couldn’t give me a quote or a timeline, then in the end said it was my fault that they didn’t respond to me I’m a single woman who Oregon Motor Coach said wasn’t serious about converting a van.
Should be able to give less than 1 star for the service I received. Not only was my coach damaged twice before picking it up, but the denial of it happening by them speaks volumes about a company like this. They also charged 30 HOURS to put in a hot water system that the manufacturer said would only be 10 MAXIMUM. Bish's RV said it would be only 6 HOURS. Could not get a satisfactory outcome with the owner to repair the damage they caused. So when he started swearing I hung up.
I have a country coach allure 470 and had some over heating and fan issues, and Brad was so kind and nice and helpful, I was stuck on the side of the freeway roadside and he was able to give me some sound advice. That really helped. What a great guy, ☺️ I really appreciate his honesty and help. Thank you so much again Brad for all of your help, Also what a great place to do business with. Larry D
This is a standout service center in a world where RV "service" centers give you anything but good service. Everyone who has owned a recreational vehicle for any amount of time will know, or eventually come to realize, that most RV service centers are absolutely junk -- and this can include the service centers of the actual manufacturer, in some cases. They tend to hire inexperienced people at low rates, and let's face it -- it would be near impossible for every technician to know everything about every RV ever created... especially considering that for many of the larger rigs just about every one that comes off the lot is a one-off speciality (not that many of the big rigs were "cookie cutters"). I can count, on one hand, how many service centers I've taken my rig... only to have the work fail, they break more than they fix, or they do things totally wrong (had one shop in Vegas install slide toppers upside down -- putting holes and dents in the side of my coach in the process... I kid you not). In fact, the bigger the service center, the more you should probably avoid them (for all of the reasons listed above). Oregon Motorcoach is one of the rare service centers that perform top-notch work, they work quickly, and they charge LESS than many of the chain service centers. They're not cheap, but they're absolutely reasonable -- and the work they do is outstanding. On any given day you'll find a dozen high-end coaches parked outside, with more inside, waiting to get serviced. We had some body and paint work done on our coach -- and the job they did was amazing. They also replaced some slide toppers and tank sensors -- and everything went as planned. Super friendly staff... they have a place on-site where you can hook up to power should you need to stay there overnight, and it's one of those few service centers where you'd be happy to return. Love this place, their work, price, and how everyone works as a team. It says a lot about how things work behind the scenes. I'm so happy to have finally found a service center that I can TRUST with my coach. A rare find, indeed.
Had them replace slide motor. Have extended warranty, they still without informing me first charged me $500 because they said insurance did not pay enough. I did not notice till that night that they dented my fridge, I figured I would live with it as I did not see at time of picking unit up. Did not use the Motorhome for about 7 months after they worked on it. Take it out and as driving the front of the slide they worked on creeps out 2 - 3 inches, it never did this before they worked on it. Sent them an email. Basically said their warranty is 3 months. Between warranty and myself the bill was over $3000.00. Never ever will I use or recommend them.
