My husband and I shopped around at many RV Dealerships and none of them impressed us until we came to RV Outlet in Eugene. The reviews on Yelp detered us for a while until I called and talked to Nichole and she expressed they were for a different RV Outlet location. Tony, the new manager, and Nichole helped us get our dream fifthwheel after a long time searching. The entire team came together and got us out the door with the best trade-in offer we had received and a new home on wheels! Highly recommend people come here. Very professional and efficient and went the extra mile for our benefit.

We loved our experience with RV outlet. Nicole helped us find the perfect RV for our family. They were never pushy as most sales people tend to be. They went above and beyond to make our experience the best. After taking our RV home we noticed a small leak and they took care of us right away. Their service department was a bit full but they got us our RV back as soon as they could. I would recommend to anyone looking for an RV. Thank you!

We bought a Class A from RV Outlet in October 2024 and it was a positive experience. We were looking for an older Class A to avoid tying up a bunch of money in something we would use probably 4 to 6 weeks a year. In addition we wanted one 30 feet or less in "good condition". Turns out finding those specific requirements in "good condition" in the 20 year old range is not as easy as it sounds. We looked at quite a few, both private and dealer, most of which were either beat up, the interior worn out, or just dirty. On the way thru Eugene we stopped in at RV Outlet to look at a specific Class A they had advertised, it was sold, but Kevin listened to what we wanted and thought they had just the RV ... and they did. A 2006 in quite good condition that was in our price range and they took our Lance camper in trade at a fair price. In addition we made a list of fixes we would like to have completed prior to closing the deal and those were all taken care of. When we picked it up 2 weeks later we received a review of the repairs and a very good technical walk through from their tech RJ, who is clearly an RV expert, and closed the deal exactly as it had been agreed. We drove home and 2 weeks later headed out on a 3500 mile trip with no problems. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Tony, Kevin, RJ and RV Outlet if you are in the market.

In fairness, I am editing my review to add the note that as of June 5, 2024, RV Outlet has provided a check for the refund that we were due. Bought a used RV with extended warranty. Sold the RV and needed to cancel warranty for refund. As directed, I supplied all information to Polly on April 7, 2023. We have yet, after nearly a year, to see the refund we were supposed to receive. Don't waste your time or money here.
