Target

I’ve been a shopper at this particular Target for years and this was the first time I experienced a bad shopping experience at this Target. I was in the Electronic section of the store and I was looking for a new cell phone case. The one I was looking at was the Velvet Cavier IPhone 16 Pro Max Case and in the display case that displayed that the phone case was on Clarence for $19.99 instead of the original price of $39.99. I asked for assistance to a store associate to unlock the case so I can get the phone case. When I walked up to check out and scanned my items, the phone case came up as 39.99 instead of the Clarence price that it stated when I was in Electronics. I work in Retail myself and I know what it means to give great customer service to your customers especially when you see a Clearance price marked for an item that you’d like to have changed. The sales associate Sonya is always so nice and helpful every time I’m in this Target. I asked Sonya for a price change for the $19.99 and she had to call for a Supervisor for assistance. IT’S a $20 difference to mark the item down. They weren’t willing to give me the Clarence price that is CLEARLY MARKED for this product in the Display Case in Electronics Case. I’m kinda disappointed that I wasn’t given great customer service from the Supervisor who didn’t offer to change the price for me.

This west Eugene Target is good from my point of view. There are quite a few comments addressing how bad this location is, and I have a mixed feeling about it. I personally like this location better than the Springfield one since it has less people and I don't have to wait in a long self-checkout line. People are complaining how rundown this place is or things are locked in cabinets or whatsoever; many of these complaints are true. It may take time for the staff to unlock stuff and carry to the front for you, and I am sure they don't want to do it like this if people can just behave and not stealing stuff.

One of the worst Targets I’ve visited. Did a drive up order and most of our food was moldy. They also only had one lane open and after standing a good 10-15 minutes and lanes being clogged back- they finally called for backup. Not a really well ran location

My 2 tshirts experience at target today. Dressing room closed, opens at 10am. It was 9:50. Good customer service would have opened for me. 1 checker in whole store, waited 15 min till 2nd checker. Left store and checked my bag for receipt. None. Go back into store and checker threw it away so dug trash to retrieve. Unacceptable. Won't be back

This Target location is... Complete and utter chaos. Products strewn everywhere, palettes of boxes blocking isles, empty shelves galore, and they only ever have ONE check stand open. I completely understood when the store was like this during the height of the pandemic, but in April 2024??? It’s just weird in here. Also they have probably the most pathetic women’s plus size clothing section I have ever seen in my life. 🙁

Really not sure why there are so negative reviews. I felt safe (weekday ~5:30pm) no one bothered me and everything I wanted was in stock except for a 4 pack of sugar free redbulls but there were plenty of other options and a 12 pack available. Store appeared clean too. This is a good target

Let it be known that this company does not support out of state wildland fighters just looking for a safe space to get a couple of hours of rest. I really appreciate the gentleman, I would imagine the nightshft manager, who told me, " it didn't matter if I was a firefighter I needed to leave so that they could" you're the greatest..
