Wilco Farm Store

I went in because I had a feeling that they might have good chicken wire deals. For the stuff we wanted it was considerably cheaper here than anywhere near by. It's only just on the edge of West Lane. There's farmers clothing, farmers gear, a hardware, fence post, lumber lot. Pet grooming stations. Very clean. Very helpful and well trained staff. Online shop is up to date and integrated with major search engines. So you can compare prices with the other chains. There's other places you can head. But they don't have sweet clothes.

Well, well, we need this store out here!! Of course it's new so obviously very clean. Grand opening was a zoo but that was expected!! They have alot of great stuff in here!! Staff was very nice. The parking lot was full, happy to see someone pull out so I could park! Awesome deals!!

The main reasons I visit this place are to buy affordable chemical fertilizers for my front and back yard lawns and to use the Pet Wash for bathing my dogs. For $12.99, you can wash your dog yourself, or you can have professional staff groom and bathe them. They provide towels and all necessary supplies for dog baths. It's a highly recommended spot.

Purchased a nectarine dwarf tree at this location and to my surprise it was actually a peach tree. Mislabeled at some point?? don’t have the receipt anymore and am finding now by its fuzzy fruit. I don’t even know if customer service can do anything in this situation but leaving a review as a warning to others.

Marlie carefully helped us pick out our new family of chicks! The selection is very important to us as every year we get 6 chicks. Then we do our level best to give them a happy and comfortable life with lots and lots of free space to roam, bugs and worms (and treats) to eat, and lots of affection. It can be traumatic being hatched in a hatchery and transported all over the place, so the least we can do is spoil them rotten to help make up for it. Good luck, little birdies!

Love the store but sometimes the customer service is poor. No one was in line but I followed the maze to get to the cashier anyway. Before I got there someone walked in The front door, and went to the cashier, essentially cutting me in line. He seemed to just have a quick question so I was not bugged about it but then the cashier continued helping him, looking up his items on the computer, ringing him up for it. The gentleman told her I was ahead of him and the cashier, without even looking at me said "oh don’t worry about that" she then answered the phone, and that was Not a short call. The gentleman was still standing there glancing at me and looking uncomfortably. Finally another cashier came up and called me up. I left the store feeling pretty annoyed at that treatment and really plenty of other places to buy same items in Eugene. Some training in order of costumer service and how to acknowledge and support customers would be great.

They have what you need. But I have noticed there prices are significantly higher that other places. Sometimes more than a dollar per item. Everyone that works here is super kind and knowledgeable. That makes me happy!
