Mahad at AutoZone was extremely helpful when I came in with a badly corroded battery on my wife’s 2018 Ford Mustang. He tested my old battery, helped me pick the right replacement, and even installed it on the spot while cleaning up all the corrosion and making sure the connections were solid. He really knows his stuff; turns out he also drives a 2024 Mustang V8, so he immediately understood what my car needed. Great service, knowledgeable guy, and someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.

came in just for a car battery but got much more than that, thanks to AJ, Thursday and Mike who went above and beyond to help replace the old battery terminal that wouldn’t let my car turn on. Mike checked to make sure i had power steering fluid and offered to put in some for me. 11/10 service, thanks to the crew who helped!

Los manager son lo peores ,compre un gasket para 2006 bmw la partes no era la correcta. Cuando fui a devolverla no quisieron por estaba habierto el paquete .dicen que es política de la empresa..me ordena el correcto pero no llego a tiempo . Lo conseguí de otro lado y cuando vuelvo para que devuelvan el dinero..(empaque nuevo nunca lo recogí) El manager me dijo que me llamaría a la policía ..si no me retiraba de la tienda .me tube que ir sin la parte y si. Mi dinero Estoy tratando de comunicarme con manager del distrito

Kevin taught me how to put multiple necessary fluids in my car(brake, motor oil, and coolant) and how to check my oil levels, and gave me such awesome advice!! i was lucky to run into him on his break and he was nice enough to help me out for that whole time!

While the store inside is clean, well organized and well stocked, the outside is trashy and needs a simple sweeping. Makes the location not at all enticing. When checking out, I used a credit card and the AutoZone rep didn’t ask if I needed a bag or say thank you, just walked away while I was in the middle of my transaction. Not coming back to this location! Just not a good customer service experience-do better
