CubeSmart Self Storage

I have just visited the facility of CubeSmart at 2950 Gallos Rd. in Falls Church, Virginia where I was assisted by the most accommodating, polite and able SHUJA. I had made an online reservations but had a number of questions. Shuja answered all of my questions plus gave me a personal tour and viewing of the available storage units. He was courteous and professional in every way. Great job. I look forward to being a new customer, Robert P. Visser.

Gets more expensive every year. Access entry and exit can be a problem. Even during posted open access hours thought I was going to have to spend the night one time. The staff locked everything up. There was no clearly posted exit directions to a small door on the opposite side of the building from where you park. Extremely frustrating experience.

I received excellent service from the Manager, Mr. Mohammad Shuja, when I opened a storage yesterday! He was very accommodating, very efficient at what he does and extremely helpful! I was very happy with the service I received!!!

I’ve been renting a storage unit with CubeSmart in Merrifield (Falls Church) since 2015, and Daniel at the front desk has been a tremendous help over the years. The warehouse itself has always been clean and the staff promptly replies to any issues or questions.

I've rented units for 16 years at many companies and locations, and have found Shuja, Dave and Kevin to be Very Helpful for years. If only corporate would do even the most basic of repairs and maintenance the buildings need, like Repairing the main front roll-up door that offers the ONLY ground level access at their Gallows Rd location, I'd rate it higher. For what they charge and how often they increase the rents, it's absurd they won't maintain the building.
