Michael at the Copy & Print Center was very helpful and friendly! He made sure my 24×36 poster came out perfectly and shared great tips about ordering online in advance and the delivery options they offer. Excellent service all around!

I frequently visit this neighborhood Staples for business printing, and I’ve always had great experiences. Recently, I faced an issue with printing, and Manager George went above and beyond to help. He resolved the problem efficiently and even offered a credit for the inconvenience. This isn’t my first time encountering George, but it’s definitely the most memorable. His friendly and top-notch customer service truly stands out.

The staff is completely not helpful at all whatsoever. They don’t know how to offer help for the self print section of the business and often are just looking at me like a deer in the headlights over simple request. Asking them to do their job is like a crazy mystical creature being discovered right before our eyes! So I usually just leave not accomplishing anything I needed to do frustrated and feeling very much like an idiot for expecting people to work and continuously coming back for the same results.

I host numerous dinner events for work, and Amira at the marketing and print center is exceptional. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently ensures that every order is completed flawlessly. I highly recommend going to Amira for any design projects.

I bought an office chair from Staples at Bailey's Crossroads and Naipaul store employee was so helpful, so kind and very professional. Even though he was very busy with other customers, he still found the time and patience to answer questions and explained the features for the products we were interested in. It's too bad I can't give him 10 stars. Excellent!

Amira is so helpful!! Love her service, she is very patient and capable of think of different solutions to help the customer. Love a store having an employee like her!

If you are using this place as a UPS pickup: BEWARE. Twice now that I’ve gone to pick up two different packages they have said "oh it says it was delivered today? It’ll actually be here tomorrow". Such BS and the older guy guy working customer service is of no help and has such a bad attitude.
