Ace Hardware of Fort Collins

The staff at Ace goes above and beyond! I was trying to track down a specific pizza oven for our backyard project and it was very limited inventory. I called to check this store and they looked into inventory and then went above and beyond to make sure I could get exactly what I was looking for by making a couple calls to warehouses and other stores. I am so accustomed to low effort and follow up from the big box stores, so to see multiple staff go out of their way and spend time to make sure I could get the exact item I wanted was so much appreciated!

I had an issue with some paint I had bought. I brought in the cans and Tim immediately fixed the issue. He was extremely helpful and helped carry everything out for me. Great customer service. Thank you Tim for everything.

Terrible customer service. I attempted to get a key cut for my vehicle and was told that they can decide not to help without producing a store policy. They told me it was the "store owner's" policy, a thinly veiled attempt at absolving themselves of owning their refusal of service to a typical American consumer. Consumers be warned.

dumb loyalty program. Ace always has a ton of coupons with is nice but then you get to store and 90% of the items are on sale for $1 -$3 off so it's nearly impossible to ever use $7-15 off coupons. Its a joke. They dont understand or care about loyalty its a scam.

Somehow I inadvertently gave a two star review of this business a few days ago, THAT WAS A MISTAKE! Everyone at this store is super helpful and they had exactly what I needed the day I was there.

This Ace is always super friendly! I stay away from the old town location. The white haired guy that works in the back is a total jerk!

Every time my husband goes to the Harmony Ace, he either gets followed by a worker limehe is gok to steal something or he has to search for someone to ask for help. My husband is in there weekly and gets treated like crap. The customer service at thos location is crap.
