All My Sons Moving & Storage

I used All My Sons Moving and Storage to tackle the move of some really big, crazy heavy, and plenty awkward items from our old home a few miles west of Loveland. Ryan, Donald, and Jason were extremely professional and polite. They got the job done with no damage in just a couple of hours. This included moving downstairs at both locations with a 90-degree turn halfway. I highly recommend them.

Sabrina, Rory, and Jaron were INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond for our move, even carried some items upstairs that were at the house when we moved in. They brought floor protectors, a ramp, and were so thorough. All My Sons Customer service was also wonderful. Multiple team members called us ahead of our move to review logistics, and we’re so kind and helpful. Will definitely be using All My Sons again here in Fort Collins!

Our experience with All My Sons on 5/4/23 was unfortunately not reflective of past experiences with the company. The movers were generally unprofessional and slow in the loading process. They were reckless with many items, trying to carry large furniture items by themselves and damaged walls in the process. They ran out of space loading the truck and had to leave behind a significant amount of items. Our kitchen table was damaged because it was not properly wrapped and protected. The unloading process was significantly more frustrating than the loading process. The movers rushed the unload and were careless in the process. We were told to leave our dresser full for moving, but they complained about this. They removed all the drawers in order to move it upstairs, and left the drawers laying around elsewhere in the house. Couches were left generally in disarray in the living room and were not put back together. Movers did not re-assemble beds or bed frames. The movers were generally careless and unprofessional in their behavior. We previously had great experiences with All My Sons, but this experience was far from what we remember.

This was beyond the worst service experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for movers, look elsewhere at all costs. We were moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment into a house 10 miles away. I hired All My Sons because unlike many other moving companies they had 3 movers instead of 2. I initially thought this would be great, but as you can see from the photos, sitting on your phone MULTIPLE times through the moving process while customers are paying by the hour is an absolute joke. Every-time they’d move a box or a piece of furniture into the moving truck they’d take a 5 minute break to get on their phone. These movers are $189/hr and greatly capitalize on working slow and taking breaks. It took them 5 1/2 hours to move a completely packed (all in boxes) 1 bedroom apartment before they even left to head to the new house. At this point we were creeping up on our original quote price at this point and they hadn’t even driven to the new house. We had a king size bed frame, 1 dresser, a couch, tv stand, and a Peloton all damaged by the movers. When I called originally they assured me all would be replaced if things were damaged. Take a look at the photos of the movers standing on our dresser, feet prints on a white couch, and other miscellaneous damage to every single piece of furniture. All of these items were relatively new and in pristine condition. Thousands of dollars worth of damage later, what do the offer us? $272 worth of damage which I have still yet to receive our refund for. What an absolute shame of a company. Lazy movers, unprofessional, and carefree of damage. During our move we had one employee quit once we arrived at the new house telling my wife "I don’t think I’m cutout for this" All my sons did slightly discount the move for us but our original quote of $1,100-$1,200 costed us over $1,800 to move from a 1 bedroom apartment into a house. This of course does not include all of the furniture that now needs to get replaced. Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other moving company. You’ll thank me later.

Jaron, Ian, and Donald were wonderful. We had heavy antiques, family heirlooms and stairs for them to navigate. All items were delivered unscathed. They were professional, efficient, respectful and fun. They made sure we were satisfied with the location of each item. Jaron clearly explained the paperwork and process. We had a great experience with all my sons. My move was quick and painless and efficient. Ralph was up front about added costs which was EXTREMELY appreciated as most places just try to rack your bill up as high as they can without letting you know what additional things cost (bubble wrap, mattress bags, cardboard, etc). For that reason alone, I would recommend this company. The men that came to my house were hard workers and came to get the job done. Thanks Ralph and Donald!

I’ve moved across the state, across town, as well as across a huge apartment complex in the past couple years. All My Sons Moving was and will remain my only choice! Moving is often extremely stressful. From beginning to end, they serve up a top-notch experience that removes the worry. Efficient booking, incredible follow-through and easy communication at every point. They helped me for a 4th time recently on a light cross-town job. The moving crew, Johnny and Tom, were professional, kind, efficient, and respectful of me AND my belongings. I highly recommend All My Sons Moving for any sort of moving need! P.S.
