Both delivery guys were quick and efficient in their delivery. They were obviously skilled in what they do and got my furniture exactly where I needed. Both deliveries I’ve gotten from AFW have been exceptional and I greatly appreciate it. Brett has been a great contact in ensuring I get my deliveries on the days that worked best for me and making sure I got the exact items I needed for my new place. Bought a leather loveseat at the Fort Collins location, it was promptly delivered to my home in Cheyenne. 5-star service from Chris L., will return to this store to shop for other pieces.

This is the 3rd time we've had furniture delivered by AFW. As always the people who brought my daughter's new bed were professional and kind. They had it done fast and were ready to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely use them again.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience in this furniture store. The sales staff was friendly, the selection was great, and the prices were amazing (so much less than other furniture stores)! I bought a small sofa for our loft from Andrew and we love it! He went out of his way to find it for us because it was on clearance and the remaining stock was very low. He took the time to find us one at another store and had it transferred to the Fort Collins store for us. He went out of his way to help us find what we wanted, kept us up to date and was never pushy. I would buy from Andrew and AFW again for sure.

Amy Krutsinger had great customer service and was very helpful, respectful, and genuine in suggesting what kind of furniture to look into. She definitely went above and beyond in making sure everything went smooth. Would highly recommend working with her in purchasing any new furniture!

Not only was it such a pain to get any consistent information from them. They promised a mattress pick up and then tried to tell me later that wasn’t possible. Finally agreed they would do it but when I was about to send in my order I called to ask if I should come in to place the order. They said "no need we can do it over the phone" just for me to get an email 15 minutes later than I needed to come in to verify my identity. (No call back) I didn’t see this email until much later that night and had to drive over right before close to make sure the order was sent in. Now it is about a year later and the couch I purchased from them has simply been falling apart with normal regular use. I will never be using them again or recommending them to anyone. I’m now going to be spending an insane amount to get this couch thrown out and to replace it elsewhere.
