Dedicated Towing and Recovery

An absolute amazing experience with dedicated towing and recovery! JR was very kind over the phone about a quote for my oversized vehicle and dispatching a driver. Wolfgang showed up 15mins later and was very professional and friendly! He made the whole process very easy and even dropped the keys with my info off at the mechanic so I didn’t have to leave my house. 11/10 experience and price, will be recommending this company to all friends and family!

Wolfgang was amazing his customer service was perfect . Himself and his company did a fantastic job in our time of need and didn't price gouge for a Sunday tow. Will and would highly suggest Wolfgang and his team for all tow needs. Our was a boat that lost 5 posts and lugs. Thank you guys.

Dedicated towing always does an excellent job with towing vehicles for me and my family! They get in and out of tight spaces without ever damaging anything and they're extremely fast to get someone to me even after hours or at odd times. Absolutely the best tow company in town.

Corbin was prompt, unbelievably kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what to do when my car broke down and I needed to tow it to the dealership. He took great care to try to charge the battery to drive it up onto the truck. And it was freezing and windy outside, so he let my daughter and I sit in his truck with the heat on while he loaded my car. We are so thankful he was willing to come out and help. Highly recommend!

Wolfgang was wonderful when he came to pick up my stalled car. Knowledgeable and professional but also calm, approachable and reassuring in a very stressful situation. He carefully explained everything he was going to do and followed up to let me know when the car was delivered to the mechanic. I have found a new towing service (tho I hope I don't have to use them very often) Call these guys! Wonderful service.

I had called 2 places before, one I had to wait 2-3 hours, the next one the line was busy. Called Dedicated and they responded first call and the driver, Rob Hayes, arrived within 20 minutes of where I was at. This is how a tow service should be in my opinion. Rob made me feel at ease given my situation. Professional and cool, comfortable. Rob even dropped me off at my place/house in his tow truck along with dropping it off at the most convenient location given my situation. A+ customer service imo. 10/10 would recommend Dedicated if you're ever in this situation. 10/10 would and will call this company and Rob specifically. Was expecting to pay more than I did but I felt the price was very very reasonable. The quickness, response time, getting a ride home, cheaper than I expected, I couldn't expect more from a towing company and definitely exceeded my expectations for sure. Will be using you guys again if ever in the situation again. Thank you all! Especially Rob.

My car broke down just over the border in Wyoming on my way to move to another state, which was a very bad situation. I called Dedicated Towing & Recovery and from the moment I spoke to the dispatcher, I was totally put at ease. They were incredibly helpful and they assured that I got picked up safely and without any problems. The tow truck operator, Corbin, called me ahead of time to confirm the pick up pick up and again when he was getting close to our location so that we didn’t miss each other, because it was dark. Corbin was skilled at his job. He was able to very quickly get my car taken care of and towed to exactly where we needed it, and even dropped the keys in the dropbox for us so that it was checked in first thing in the morning at the dealership. I didn’t even have to go to the dealership that night because Corbin took care of everything. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience of working with Dedicated Towing at a VERY stressful time. But, based on the phenomenal reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with many positive things to say about them.
