I recently stopped by the Old Town Fort Collins Ace Hardware to pick up a drill and bit set, and I was helped by Myca. She was incredibly nice and really listened when I explained what I needed and my budget. She helped me find a solid, budget-friendly drill and a quality bit set that fit my needs perfectly. I really appreciated her knowledge and great customer service—she made the whole process easy. On top of that, I love the murals outside the building. It’s awesome to see a local business partner with the Fort Collins Mural Project and showcase the work of talented local artists. It gives the store such a welcoming and unique feel. Overall, this Ace Hardware is a fantastic local spot—knowledgeable staff, great service, and a real connection to the community. Highly recommend!

I love coming to downtown ace. They always have just what I need. Today I found the perfect insulated wine tumbler unexpectedly. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Ace Hardware in Fort Collins undertakes one of the finest customer relation process that I have ever encountered. I am in my 70s and moved alot -- meaning I have experience with a great number of stores......Ace Hardware in downtown Fort Collins is among the very best. A notable feature is how well the staff help one another when dealing with a client.

I really appreciated the assistants helping me find the various things I needed. They made me feel like a top priority and even went above and beyond to help me download the ace app and helped me scan the QR code so I could receive the $10 reward and buy a tool I needed. Several assistants stepped in to help me until they figured it out. I really appreciated that. Ace is the place for the friendly hardware man or woman.

Downtown Ace Hardware always seems to have exactly what I'm looking for. Recently, I needed to find an odd sized filter for our HVAC system. I thought Home Depot would have them, but upon arrival, the shelf was bare. I spent several minutes waiting for the Customer Service rep to find out where the 13 filters were that were showing in their system before I bailed and headed to Ace. I called ahead asking if they had one, it took the rep roughly 1 minute to locate and respond with a "yes". I knew I was close to closing time, but made it with about 10 minutes to spare. I walked in, asked an employee where I could find the filter, they showed me, and I quickly pulled it off the shelf, paid, and made it out before they closed. Not only was everyone helpful and efficient, but this store routinely has the things I need, and many things I never knew I wanted! Surprisingly great place for gifts!
