Anthony and the other staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They got our full suspension mounting bikes up and running again. I’d recommend checking them out. I had a busted wheel rebuilt with a new rim, and had other adjustments and they got the work done fast.
Found the Surly bike we didn’t know we were looking for on this Sunday afternoon. Folks in store were super helpful, friendly, and exactly what we had hoped for in looking at bikes for my son in law. Can’t wait to get out and about and hope the weekend group rides pick back up again soon. Cheers and thanks!
6/5 stars if I could. Kevin and Zach at the Fort Collins South location were exceptional to my wife and I. We came in looking for new bikes - tested several demos, got fitted, and they special ordered and built my wife’s bike for her, a Roubaix SL8 Expert. They made me a great deal on a Tarmac SL7 Expert when the bike I ordered became unavailable. Truly appreciate the great experience, service and support from this shop. 100% recommended!

This crew is always on the ready to help out and advocate for all your bike needs. They've helped build a stellar specialized custom bike for my hubbs and always ready to educate our son on ways to improve his bike maintenance skills. He's wanting to learn more and hopefully be a part of the team some day. Great people, reasonable prices and high quality products.
One of the best bike shops I've ever been to the best customer service. They really helped me out a lot. I was in a pinch I needed my fork removed off my bike so I could take it to another location to have it serviced and my bike sat there. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much.
Zach and Trevor helped me with the fit and modifications needed for my bicycle to help me ride comfortably ! They have a knack for making even the smallest changes to offset weight or pressure on an area. Knowledgeable. Personable. Very helpful as well as timely and skilled! This bike shop is excellent!
