JAX Fort Collins Outdoor Gear

This store was amazing and had a great variety of options and sizes. We especially enjoyed the home goods/kitchen section. But our favorite was the sale racks in each section. We purchased several items of clothing and were very impressed with the variety of items. Check this place out!

Thank you Diana for all your help and for taking the time to help me find the right shoe! I always come to Jax when I’m looking for new shoes because the customer service is second to none and I can usually get quality brands on sale. I ended up going with the Brooks Ghost model and have to thank Diana again for helping me find the right shoe for my job!

Jax is a wonderful place, I've been a irregular shopper for decades, just because it's totally across town from me. I was blown away by their grilling section this time when I was in.

The ladies in the shoe department were very helpful. They ordered the color shoe I wanted and called when it came in. Then went to the knife counter and the gentleman was able to fix my knife that I purchased there. Overall great job in the store for customer service

Great store with more gear than I realized the store just keeps going back and back. They seem to have price points all over from good to best. I like walking to Jax and getting the old time candy. They have a pretty neat speciality food related product section with a lot of different hot sauces and other things.

Jax, what a great store..from central Wyoming and drove down to ft Collins to get a kayak. Usually would go to REI but so glad I checked out Jax first. Great service a special shout out to Steve back at the boat section. Can't say enough about Steve and the service provided..

We went to Jax today in Fort Collins because we needed the fast charger for our Rivian-- located in the back parking lot. My husband got it to work after awhile. We went in to look around. There are multiple buildings. A very large Carhart section, a rope section, camo and tactical gear. I tried on some flex women's pants with multiple pockets. I almost purchased them. But at $95 it's a steep price especially for someone without a job right now. And I feel like I wanted more of a selection of colors and styles in stretchy women's pants with multiple pockets. Not wimpy women's pants though. There were multiple sales associates throughout the store areas. I was asked many times if I needed help. And when I did need help, someone helped me right away. The selection of everything was awesome. Too expensive for my budget right now.
