Recycled Cycles has a great variety of gently used, high-end bikes, so when I went looking for a new festival bike, I wasn’t sure if they were going to have something that would fit my low-end budget needs. They had the perfect fit! Everyone was so helpful, and even gave me the sale price (25% off) though the sale started the next day. I had a great ride for the fest that I didn’t mind sharing with others, and a fun new bike for Tour de Fat, too! Life’s a little easier when you don’t have the fear of getting your bike stolen. I went in knowing I needed to replace my back tire rim. Austin was super helpful, and not only showed me what new rim options they had that would meet my needs, but also used rims as well. Austin gave a great recommendation, which was actually a set of used rims they had. He had my best interests in mind, and met those needs. He then, on the spot, swapped my tubes/tires/cassette onto the new rims in a matter of minutes. Amazing service at an amazing price. Well done!

I bought my first bike here in 1985. Different building, but same concept. 40 years later, my nephew was ready for an e-bike, so we came here. Ryan, was patient and answered the many questions he had. He ultimately decided on this cute Velotric. Ryan walked him through all the paperwork, the state rebate and everything. At the end of the day, nephew rode off with the same smile I had in 1985. Thanks, Ryan!

Great experience buying a nice used bike for commuting across town. I found a perfect bike at an even more perfect price. No upsetting the customer service does that itself. Neil is a top notch representative and my whole family and workmates will be coming back from now on. This is the only place I will go and I am thinking an E Bike is my next stop! Ryan was so incredibly helpful today! I needed a cheap bike that still works well (doesn't everyone), and Ryan didn't miss. He showed me a few great options, and one that I thought was an outstanding deal. He took the time to answer each of my questions clearly and thoroughly, but always in a helpful manner. I got to test each bicycle I was interested, and Ryan helped explain why they felt different. I'm really happy with my purchase, and I'm looking forward to coming back for the complimentary tune-up!

Grant took great care of helping us find a bike for my daughter. We thought we had a good one to test ride, but the seat post was too high, and couldn't be lowered further due to a built-in shock absorber. So, he found another one they had lying around, cut it to size, and got it fitted just right so that my daughter could try the bike out. He took all this time, not knowing whether she would like the bike, or whether we'd buy anything at all. Recycled Cycles has always had a great selection of affordable (quality) bikes, takes good care of helping us get bikes back into working condition, and makes it easy to find what we need. We will be back! And yes, we did get her the bike!
