My wife purchased a new Trek Verve Plus-4S! What a great experience. The minute we walked in the Trek Store in Ft. Collins on East Harmony Rd., we were greeted by one of nicest salesman, Devon! For that fact by the time we landed on the e-bike she wanted we found everyone in the place was super nice. All willing to help, knowledgeable answering our questions and explaining all the different options. They also offered to order anything we would like. Gosh I already have a Verve 3 and just might have to get another one and I know where i will go! Very transparent and superior service. We couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks for the Great experience! I rented an eBike for a day. They had the bike ready to go when i turned up and the rental experience was great. Katie was exceptionally helpful on the rental and also explaining the nuances of the ebikes. So much so that I bought 2 Trek ebikes today. Thank you for the exceptional service and help!

We had an unbelievable and amazing experience with the Trek team. The store manager Oscar and the bike service manger Tradin, I know I absolutely have that wrong on his name, but nonetheless they took my daughters father’s bike who recently passed and restored the entire bike. It wasn’t only the incredible restoration that was fantastic btw every detail taken care me of but also the fact they absolutely cared. They cared about why this bike meant so much and all I can say is that I couldn’t have chosen the more perfect place to do this for us. Thank you falls short how much it meant. They even gave her flowers when we picked it up with her. We are so grateful.
