We recently purchased a 2025 Airstream Globetrotter 27FBT from DFW Airstream, and it was hands-down one of the easiest and most enjoyable buying experiences we’ve ever had! Having purchased our sixth camper from the Vogt family over the past 21 years, we knew we were in good hands. However, this was our biggest and most expensive RV yet, and the team at DFW Airstream made the entire process seamless over a 90-day period while we sorted out which model, color and layout. From the stunning indoor showroom to the thorough walk-throughs with their knowledgeable staff, every detail was handled with professionalism and care. The team’s expertise and dedication ensured that every aspect of the purchase was smooth and stress-free. We bought our first Airstream Bambi 16RB from Camping World in OKC. What a huge mistake. We loved the Airstream product; however, the purchase and deliver experience was terrible. We used our 16RB twice and decided we needed a little more room, especially in the kitchen since we like to cook when we camp. I had previously emailed with Craig Bass at Airstream DFW. He was kind and answered all my questions. I remembered this, and when we decided to move up to a new Bambi 20FB he was my first call. I checked the website and DFW had the Airstream model we wanted. I let Craig know we had a trade and we wanted the Bambi 20FB they had in stock. This was on Saturday, July 25th. The entire process was completed via email and phone. We picked up our new Airstream on Thursday, July 31. Let me tell you about the delivery process. We arrived at 12:45pm for a 1pm appointment. I walked in and was immediate greeted. The facility is amazing. Different Airstream models are setup so you can go in and take a look and browse. It was first class. Craig directed me to pull into the lot, drop the 16RB and back the tow vehicle to a bay door. We walked inside the delivery area where we met our delivery tech who would walk us through the operation and systems. When we bought our first Airstream this didn't happen at Camping World. I spent a couple hours watching videos and educating myself. It was very frustrating. During the walk thought we found one minor issue that was fixed on the spot. We also purchased a cover for the hot water heater and they installed that for us as before we left. We went to the parts department to visit with Cody. He was super nice and answered my dumb questions I had. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. We ran through the list of everything we had to make sure we didn't need anything additional for the new Airstream. Next was finance. Chad handled our financing. He had everything ready to sign. It was a fantastic experience. At many places when you get to the finance person you are deading them badgering you to purchased additional products. Not this experience. Craig was professional and personable. He's awesome! Now it's time to leave! All we had to do was get into the truck and leave. They had everything hooked up, loaded up, and ready to go. When you buy an Airstream you are buying a piece of Americana, quality, and service. We should have went to Airstream of DFW when we bought the first one. Hindsight is always 20/20. This was a first class experience and I can't thank the Airstream DFW team enough for their hospitality and kindness. If you are looking for an Airstream this is the dealer you should visit. I highly recommend Airstream DFW. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. I have now bought 2 Airstreams from them - both excellent experiences. Also huge points for their after market service. They have bailed me out twice now in the middle of a trip, saw me straight away and got me back on the road same day. Do not underestimate the value of this - other dealers will take months to repair your trailer, all the while keeping your rig at their facility so you cannot use it. Thank you Airstream DFW

Did my walk-thru on 5/14/25, of my 2025 AS. I was 2 hrs late for my appt, so I guess feeling rushed at the end was self imposed. Several things were left out of the walk-thru (e.g. emergency window operation, dinette set access ), which in my opinion were critical oversights by the tech. Later I found a shock absorber disconnected, probably missed during the lift kit installation. Aside from the walk-thru, my overall experience with the sales side and the financial aspect were great! Micaela was fabulous from my initial visit thru the build process, and eventually delivery. She was informative and patient with my questions and concerns. Chad was extremely helpful and informative. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

This is A group of amazing, genuine, "customer focused" people. I am grateful to each one that played a part in my acquiring the Airstream Basecamp that I’ve been planning for, learning about, and seeking. I learned so much from each one of you. Thank you! Jeff is professional, knowledgable, and helpful while my wife and I looked for our first RV motorhome. He is a listener and understands my goals for small, mobile, luxury living choices. My effort to persuade my wife that traveling the country, seeing the sights in comfort and security is possible. Occasionally sleeping away from hotels can be on our own terms and personal conveniences, with comfort; without sleeping on the cold ground like I have come to swear off. Airstream represents the top of affordability with standard features and conveniences and, most importantly integrated safety, without sacrificing the latest technology. I will highly recommend DFW Airstream as a customer researching my options to make sure I meet my wife's needs along with my own.
