A few weeks ago my driver window was down and would not. roll up. I left my car and it was quickly repaired. Weeks later the same thing happened again. I text Bolen's early in the morning. They arranged an Uber to work. Replaced the nonworking new part at no charge. The stand behind their work and their word to make it right. I an pleased to recommend this business for any and all your Auto repairs. Thank you guys for taking great care of me!

These folks are the BEST!!! Joe is thorough, professional, and always does a great job for a reasonable price. It was our A/C system this time but he's fixed transmission, brake and other issues over the years and I won't take my hybrid anywhere else now! Thanks Joe!

The absolute only place we take our cars! They are very accommodating to making an appointment. They always keep you completely updated regarding the problems with your vehicle after a thorough inspection and diagnostics. You have the option to choose which immediate services you want done and they breakdown the charges of each service! I would never consider taking my vehicle anywhere else, and if anyone has a problem with their car I highly, highly recommend them.

Tired of Jaguar's high prices and push to sell too many services, I found Bolen's Automotive on line. I was sold by the great reviews. Went for a state inspection and annual service diagnostic for 87,000 miles on my 2017 XE Prestige. Joe the manager checked me in, and the other Joe got the inspection and diagnostic report ready in no time! They were patient when answering my questions and their prices were fair (I checked with my grandson because I didn't know). The place was clean and the guys were friendly. I'll be going back to Bolen's every time I need service. So glad to have found a great place I can trust to take my car.

after a year and a half of my other mechanics not being able to figure out why my car's engine light wouldn't turn off, these guys figured it out and now my car's running better than it was before. They're pretty straightforward about the costs and whys behind those costs, which I appreciate. They're out of my way, but it's a small price to pay for a dependable and honest mechanic. Plus they offered to drive me home, which I immensely appreciate and will remember for next time.

Extremely friendly and customer service focused Auto shop. I enjoyed the experience and they identified some issues my car had at no extra charge. I’ll be back next week to get those items fixed.
