Camping World RV Sales

I would most definitely rate the experience my husband and I had yesterday a zero. If you are interested in purchasing an Rv I definitely would stay away from this place. We came by yesterday and found a Rv we were really impressed with and wanted! However we were placed with a short Hispanic guy who had short spikey hair, he was asked by another gentleman in a white shirt to help us and to show us some RVs they had outside. As we start walking and talking he begins to "talk us out of" the purchase of an Rv after we’ve explained our plan is to transition to Rv Living. He tells us most ppl don’t get approved for them & they require a large down payment and how he doesn’t feel like showing us any Rv’s if we haven’t been approved for anything yet. When I told him we came here to purchase one not "just look " he still didn’t seem to want to do his job as a salesman. When we finally did get outside he said "I’m only showing you just a couple, I have other appointments to work with ". At this point I asked him "Can you please have someone else help us because you were asked by the other gentleman to help us look at some Rv’s & you seem to not have the time of day to help out new customers from the beginning when we were inside and I came here to look at a new Rv for our family. He said he would find someone else and never came back out and never sent anyone, we waited by the same Rv he left us at for 10 minutes meanwhile there was a bunch of people sitting at the front desk when we had walked out. This place has bad reviews but we decided to ignore them and see what it was for ourselves and we can indeed say they are all correct. I could imagine how you would be treated if something went wrong with your Rv purchased from them.

We visited Camping World to get more information about RVs since we’ve never owned one before and wanted to learn more. We were welcomed by Chuck, who showed us different options, explained the prices and models, and made everything so clear and exciting that we couldn’t resist starting the process to buy one right away! Chuck was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, making the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free for our family. I have delt with other Camping Worlds. I know Im not the easiest guy to deal with . In fact Im a real pain in the back side Ill commend my sales team here. From Chase to Jason to the GM Eric.. Hands down just the best time messing with these guys. Haggling over peanuts... Theyll never forget me! I bought 2 units today ..... Id never go anywhere else.... Not even other Camping Worlds... Ill be back one day you guys!! Im sure you cant wait...lol

I was unable to get a single smile out of anyone in this place.Once we were able to talk to someone , the gentleman was dismissive , and completely inconsiderate of anything that my mother in law was asking for, was speaking in a way that was demeaing and made her sound and possibly feel like she was dumb and unworthy of his time. Rick was the salesman. Update: just spoke with Robert the general manager and was very kind and respectful. Mentioned the areas of improvement the associates could work on and even suggested other places to look for what we wanted. Thank you, Robert, for your kindness.

Great prices. I have shopped for months for hydraulic camping rocking chairs and at Cabela’s Academy and other places they’re all $80-$90 and I found them on sale for $59 at Camping World. Also, the sales associates were very helpful.

Just bought a Prime Time Tracer from these guys. My salesman was Chase Altom and he did a great job helping us find exactly what we needed, getting us the best deal possible, and keeping us updated and informed through every step of the process. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience going through Camping World, highly recommend them to anyone shopping for an RV.
