I will never take my car anywhere else! I found this place after having an awful experience at a Meineke. The owner personally fixed my car's AC issue at a discount for the trouble I had with an unrelated shop. After that, I had to bring my car in 2 more times for different issues, and Phil blew me away with his customer service skills and thoroughness. I was so surprised to see such kindness at an auto shop, especially as a young woman. I've recommended this shop to 7 different people since I found them in July, and I'm happy to recommend them to you, Google review reader!

Needed to get my catalytic converters replaced as well as the motor for my driver's side window on my F150. Ben was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and Phil was able to get my truck back on the road in just one day. When I picked up my truck, Phil even pointed out to me another issue with my truck. Rather than fixing it himself, Phil advised me on how I could take care of it myself and save a bit money. Great service, great pricing, great shop!

I needed my turbo charger replaced and after getting it diagnosed at Midas I was quoted an asinine amount. I looked around for another auto shop that had good reviews and rating and discovered Fort Worth Auto Garage. I got in contact with them and received a much more reasonable quote from Phil. I was able to get the car to them the next day and within 2 days they had it fixed and it ended up being less than the amount he originally quoted. The customer service was unmatched, the pricing was reasonable, and the time frame was highly commendable. This auto shop is a bit farther than I want from me but you can bet your butt I am going to make sure the next time I need service I come to them. They communicated with me through every step and explained the costs. Stop searching and go with them you won't regret it.

I was a customer of these guys on Sep 26th, 2025– specifically Phil, and let me tell ya’ll, this was by far the best mechanic experience I have ever had. This isn’t an exaggeration either. I had work needing to be done under warranty, and we all know how warranty companies are. Phil gave them a talk and got the most he could out of them before letting me know the price, which was still completely reasonable for the job (wheel bearings and rear pads & rotors). The main selling point for me was the fact that this guy said it would be done around 5:00 - 6:00 PM SAME DAY. I was astounded when he called me at 2:00 saying it’d be done by 3:30. He did an amazing job, was quick, easy, and did good work. I’m definitely recommending and getting any future work done there. Thank you Phil!!

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this repair shop. The positive reviews on Google led me to choose this shop over others in the area. The manager, Phil, was kind, informative and knowledgeable. The service was fast and affordable. I will be using this shop in the future.

This place was the best. Took care of in for oil change and complete diagnostic because I had over 100,000 miles and haven’t ever replaced anything or gotten any repairs. Phil did find that I needed to replace my from brake pads and rotor and the oil pan gasket. Before he did anything, he took me out to my car and showed me the deep grooves in the rotor and the oil all over the bottom and side of the gasket. Was fully expecting that I was going to need to get some things replaced and I had seen that they were 5 stars and great reviews. I really feel that they did me right.
