Wonderful experience here. In a matter of hours they scanned multiple photos and loaded them onto a USB, all without charging me a rush free on a Friday morning. I needed it done quickly for my father’s funeral (unbeknownst to them) and they delivered without hassle. Would recommend these folks highly.

Such a great shop. They’re knowledgeable and have a great selection and all that normal stuff. But they’ve been so great with my teenage son who is getting in to photography. They answer every question he has, help him with gear, and open up their classes. And when we had an issue with a faulty lens, they made it right, immediately. This is a good place. Check it out.

I had questions about film speed and wanted to get some recommendations, and John was a great help. He was super knowledgeable in literally everything I asked. He gave me great personal recommendations keeping my shooting style and budget in mind, which not only showed how smart he was but how much he cares about what he does. The film options here are not as wide as Dons in dallas, but I look forward to coming back! Be sure to ask for John or Pam!!

I haven’t even bought anything but had to give a review. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spoke on the phone with Addison to ask about some digital cameras I am interested in. He was so helpful, very nice, and accommodating. I will gladly drive an hour from Plano to Forth Worth just on customer service alone!

These guys are incredible. Customer service is excellent, they know their stuff, and they stand behind what they do. Whether you’re brand new to photography or a long time expert, Fort Worth Camera is the place to be.

I’m honestly super disappointed. As a younger photographer, I came in the store feeling like a kid in a candy store. However one specific staff member really ruined my experience. I spent 15 mins looking around at all the accessories. I went up to the counter to sample some glass for my new Fujifilm. Some balding guy with a beard and glasses asked "what do you want" which came off extremely unprofessional. He proceeded to cut me off mid sentence after I asked to see a second lens and retorted "one lens at a time" in a rude tone. He then put the one lens on my camera and proceeded to leave me unattended for a solid 6-7mins when it took me a few seconds to feel out the lens. He then came back and asked if I was going to buy anything and when I responded with "I need to think about it", he stared at me like I had spoken a different language. He didn’t even thank me for visiting or anything of the sort. Overall, I feel like I was treated like an a needy child and the entire experience was unprofessional. I know I look younger than I am but that shouldn’t affect the way I am treated in the store. I really wish I had names to hopefully improve the quality of customer service. On the other hand, Charlie was extremely helpful and checked up on me when I was browsing.

This store is the "go to" place for everything photography - from film to the latest digital equipment and everything in between. With professional, courteous, knowledgable and accommodating staff, you can't go wrong shopping here.
