I'm impressed! They facility is well organized. The staff is very friendly and informative. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line and less than five to unload. Great job staff

Excellent service provided by the City of Fort Worth! The free trash dump service for homeowners is a fantastic benefit. It’s incredibly easy to use, well-organized, and a huge help when you’re doing clean-outs, yard work, or home projects that generate more waste than usual. The staff on-site are friendly, efficient, and helpful with clear guidance on where to go and how to unload quickly and safely. It’s great to see the city providing such a valuable and practical service to residents—it really helps keep neighborhoods clean and cuts down on illegal dumping. Highly recommend taking advantage of this if you’re a Fort Worth homeowner. Huge thanks to the city for making responsible waste disposal so simple and accessible!

Usually pretty quick getting in and out. Sometimes there is also FREE MULCH for your yard; just bring your own shovel and something to put the mulch in.
