Very helpful! Took my battery up there and they checked on the warranty and exchanged it immediately. No issues. Down where I live in Granbury the Jiffy Lube said they would not exchange it because I did not buy it from them. Interstate told me this is wrong info.

Great service and highly recommend this location over the retail outlets. Yes, every business must make a profit to operate but the retail locations try to upsell you. This place is no nonsense and has every size you could want. One tip is to be prepared to change out your own battery in the lot for a core return as they do not handled installs at this location.

Called and asked how much for a used motorcycle battery, they said 4 dollars. I had 2 to sell. Drove 22 miles and they changed it to 1 dollar, they nonchalantly said they made a mistake. My vehicle gets 16 mpg, that doesn’t even cover my gas to get there. Poor customer serve and false information, zero obligation to correct their mistake.

Was not pleased with the front desk lady telling us they take motorcycle batteries back for $4, so we drove 25 miles in a jeep, and when we got there, the recycling return fee was $1. Was not pleased with the misinformation, and no one seemed to care either. Please train your front desk with the correct information.

Prices are high, they lie, they don't honor warranty, tattoo guy at the dock is rude. I have been here twice, the guy at the dock was rude and unfriendly both times. I came here originally to buy high quality deep cycle batteries with a good warranty. I purchased 6 deep cycles. The price tag was higher than what I normally pay (I maintain a fleet of electric carts at an industrial complex). But I figured what the heck I'll try these expensive ones. You get what you pay for, right? Not in this case. One battery failed and immediately they were dodging the warranty. They lied to me about warranty timeframe saying it was 6 months when in reality its 12 months. I called them out on their lie and they came up with a new excuse saying that even if its 1 day old, if the terminal melts they don't cover it. So not sure what the warranty does cover. I will never go back and I will be trying to contact their corporate level for complaint. I will be telling anyone that will listen not to buy Interstate Batteries.
