Great prices, good selection of products and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
I shop at this store several times a week. Rick in the meat market is the best hard working employee at this store. He is never too busy to help and is very pleasant and always helpful he is always working hard making sure the meat market is always full and fresh. I always look forward to seeing Rick. I have confidence in knowing that if I see Rick working that I will have a pleasant experience and an employee that takes pride in his work and all ways helpful. Again he is the BEST employee you have and lucky to have him.
Angel seemed rather… annoyed when I came up with my mother. She kept staring at both of us and at first I thought she was just trying to see us but after that I saw as she kept staring which made me somewhat uncomfortable and everything seemed awkward after that. The bagger who was there (I forgot her name) she was very nice and did her work quickly and neatly!
We went to the meat market for fish. The guy Darius working is amazing; so personable and helpful. - They had habanero chicken wings for $3.99 a pound. What a steal! PRODUCE- Absolutely gross. Gnats covering majority of the products.
I just had a very disappointing experience at this Kroger location. The staff seemed to be in a bad mood, and there was a complete lack of customer service. I had to bag all of my groceries myself while an employee stood nearby, completely disengaged and busy on their phone. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since I was doing their job right in front of them. This is not the level of service I expect from Kroger.
Customer Service Lead doesn’t know Krogers Policy for payroll check cashing. Said limit is $500. I been to this location several times cashing checks over $500 but, today she told a straight lie. If your just lazy and didn’t want to get more money for your drawer just say so.
One of the baggers left before bagging our items, which isn't the issue. When he came back i was putting things that had rolled away and fallen down back near the bags because he was walking back towards us. He started fussing and nagging at me about how dare I come in his with 10 items and next time to take myself to the self check out, and said he cant believe i was "just standing there" waiting for him to bag my items. OF COURSE I expect him to bag my items! That's what he was there to do! I had just gotten off a 10 hour shift at my job and needed a few things, excuse me but I will not being doing someone else's job after working at mine ALL day and then be berated and shamed for not bagging items and not going through self check out. He had the worse attitude and was so impolite and disrespectful for no reason, just because he was expected to do his job. I am tired of working too sir, but I do not turn down and shame customers at my job because I'm tired and they only wanna buy a few things. I ring them up and bag their items because its my job just like it was his job to bag my items.
