Lectro Tronic Cellular Repair

First time customer and I was more than impressed. I took in an iPad to have the screen replaced. They were almost $50 cheaper than CPR Repairs. Friendly and honest service! A small issue occurred during the service; they were honest about it and resolved the issue. I hope to not have anymore broken electronics but if I do I'll be back!

Been coming to Chris for years as I acquire more devices and see new problems. Each time, the guidance and fixes have been solid. Honest if cannot fix, does not over-promise or overcharge. Explains the logic/approach to sometimes tricky issues and the alternative options, pros/cons.

I came in the store randomly on a Wednesday, having problems with my charger & plug to my iPhone 13 Pro, & when I say the clerk Jamal assisted me with the upmost courtesy & assistance, I was elated, satisfied, & I appreciate the service. I am leaving this review not based on help with a product, but based on the employee/owner being a honest person. My husband and daughter took her iPad (with, bless our hearts, what we thought was a cracked screen) in to have the screen repaired. The gentleman could have said OK, that will be $100, come back in an hour, but instead he pointed out to my husband and daughter that there was in fact screen PROTECTOR on the iPad and that was what was cracked. In this day and age, you have to reward honesty!! If we ever have a true issue Lectro Tronic can help with, you can bet we will go to them again!

All around great business! We rent a storage locker from them (behind the shopping complex) and we're very happy with that portion of our business dealings, as it's quiet and safe back there. But then my husband's iPhone stopped charging after he dropped it with headphones plugged in. Lectro Tronic fixed his phone in less than 2 hours at a VERY fair price. If we had gone to the Apple store, we would have waited in line for hours and paid triple that price. Highly recommend! If we have any future phone issues, we'll come here first!
