O O O OREILLY!!

This was my first time entering to make a purchase at this O'Reilly Auto Part store location. An employee by the name of Angel was very helpful, polite and professional. He assisted me with the purchase and installation of my bulb and informed me that I was low on Windshield Wiper Fluid. I truly appreciate the assistance and kindness received. His co-worker was also very nice. They both have excellent customer service skills and should be commended by the Manager of the store for their professionalism. I plan on making this this O'Reilly's my "go-to" location. Thank you Angel & CoWorker 🙂

Haven’t been in this location for a while, went in for some parts but the lady that helped me kept texting on her phone. I think her name was Edith, but also said assistant manager . I was getting frustrated because seemed like she was more focused on her phone… I’m not sure how she’s a manager when she’s always on her phone… I went again a couple days later and a younger lady helped me out, I don’t know her name. But she was very helpful, answered all my questions along with another young lady… I could see Edith helping another customer but she kept checking her phone. Other than that everything else was fine.

called to see if they had a specific product in stock and the girl that answered the phone hung up. I called back and she intentionally ignored the phone as it rang close to 20 times and no one answered. I called back a third time and she picked up the phone and hung up immediately. It's that type of cowardice that they lost a customer for life.

The store was nice and clean. The staff member was friendly and nice to me.

Guillermo and Alberto helped me out and showed me how to connect my lights it’s the simple things that go a long way. Thank you I will be back soon. ☺️

I left work and noticed a warning light on my dashboard, so I stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts for assistance. Eddie immediately came to help and checked my car’s battery and alternator. It turned out that my alternator was failing and draining my battery. Eddie advised that I wouldn’t be able to make it home and could end up stranded on the side of the highway. He recommended that I call roadside assistance and get a tow, especially since it was a very hot day. He also checked to see if they had an alternator for my Audi, but unfortunately, they didn’t. Despite that, Eddie went above and beyond, encouraging me to wait inside since my AC had stopped working due to the alternator issue. I’m incredibly grateful for Eddie’s guidance, knowledge and assistance.
