Really good long-distance storage rental experience. I needed to arrange a storage space from out-of-state and Cassandra was super helpful with everything. I arrived yesterday and the unit was cleaned and ready to go. Easy access from TCU. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

Update: I had such a positive experience that I have to share: I was in a bit of a financial pickle and I called to see what arrangements, if any, could be made with my payment. Cassie was extremely polite and pleasant with my situation. She presented me with a couple of options and really saved me! What a blessing she is to your business! The units are not only clean and spacious, but the staff is so helpful! When I was having trouble with the app, Cassondra was especially helpful considering my lack of tech-saviness. Great place!

Cassie was amazing. I had a terrible experience up the road with another company and I was seriously so scared to deal with another storage. I had probably 100 questions and she answered them all and didn't make me feel like my business wasn't worth a thing. She was so sweet and kind I almost feel like I made a friend.
