Ever since the guy stopped and knocked on my door it’s been a complete headache and scam! I wish I would have never spoke to them. Their installers (SolarBros) threw the solar panels on my roof so quickly I didn’t even have an opportunity to change my mind. I didn’t not get the 10 day grace period that I was told I would have to look into the company and pull out. The installers would come whenever they wanted trying to gain access to my home without any prior knowledge. The panels system took months to be "properly installed" to finally be installed and STILL NOT WORK! They supposedly underperform, which means I am still having to pay high energy bills! I am convinced I have been scammed! I hate it!

My experience with Trismart Solar and Solrite has been a good one, I’m glad I made this decision. They came by my door and explained how I used a lot of power. Since I’ve been installed the customer service has been good, my bill is lower and I don’t lose power anymore, 10/10

Our installation was completed last week and from the beginning to the end the entire process was smooth. David Lindsey was great since day one. He is so knowledgeable of the topic that he answered all our questions and concerns before expressing them to him. Benjamin was the first point of contact, and he was very pleasant and polite. Things started off good the sale rep Sione Tonata was pretty professional and respectful. I agreed to to move forward with the solar program. When Sione was in my home I SPECIFICALLY said I needed the A/C and swimming pool to operate as normal in the case of an outage, As I was on a waiting list to have a Generac installed that WOULD power the A/C, pool, and dryer. Sione told me EVERYTHING will run and operate as normal up to 3 weeks, I would have nothing to worry about. He assured me that the A/C and pool will be backed up by the back up batteries. I was only using 16k KW a year and I was getting 40k KW batteries that will cover everything in the home without a problem. He said the install will take a day, well not the case the install process is 3 days (I had to take days off work to complete the install). After the install the installers tell me that the A/C, pool, and dryer will NOT operate off the solar batteries!! At that moment I texted Sione Tonata that I wasn't happy and needed to talk to him about the system. (keep in mind he was always responsive and helpful with any questions) NOW he knows he is caught in a LIE and I'm NOT happy he completely ghosted me! I texted and called for weeks and NOTHING I have been completely ignored. I have called Solrite 3 times and have asked to speak to a supervisor/management and they have REFUSED to connect me with someone higher up. They said they are ESCALATING my concerns. It's been almost 4 weeks and NO ONE from Solrite has reached out to me to reach a resolution to the lies and misleading sales tactics. Totally disappointed and disgusted on how this company is operating. I hope that the following key people of Solrite "CEO" Mr. Regan George, "Chief Revenue Officer" Mr. Doug Yates, "Chief Strategy Officer" Mr. Ryan Higgins, "Chief Operating Officer" Mr. Alik Fedorenko actually see this and care enough about their customers to get someone from management team or better yet themselves to contact me to resolve this issue.

We trusted Solarite with our solar installation, and it has been a frustrating experience. The system is supposed to run on the solar battery, but instead it keeps drawing power from the utility. This means our bills are higher than before, which makes no sense after such a big investment. What’s even worse is the lack of support. Every time we reached out, Solarite has given poor responses and no real solutions. It feels like once they got the money, they stopped caring about the customer. I would not recommend Solarite to anyone. The product has not delivered on its promises, and the customer service has been disappointing from the start.

We had such a great experience with Payden and Solrite! The installation was easy on our end and was completed quickly. Once we got established with an approved electric company, our savings was more than $100 in the first month alone in the hottest month of summer! We would recommend highly!!
