Big shout out Jen who helped me with my online business card order! The file I originally uploaded had and issue so she called me up and let me fix it. Less than 24 hour turnaround time. Truly a lifesaver!

Pretty good Staples! I’ve gotten so much of my supplies from here and the employees are really nice! It is usually well-stocked and I can always find some goodies at the clearance section! Their Amazon return drop off spot is also super fast and the employees know what they’re doing!

I used to rave about this location because the lady in the print shop was always so great and pleasant. However, my last two visits haven’t been as warm. It feels like it takes an act of Congress to get my print order processed, or they can’t seem to find my points. I usually just brush it off and say, "Maybe next time," but I get emails all the time saying I have money to use toward my next purchase—so it’s confusing. Then last night, the cashier at the front told everyone to have a great day—except me. I had to laugh because it was clearly intentional. That’s all I have to say about that.

Date of visit: 08/13/25 I wanted to pick up my online order, went to the copy center at the front of the store to ask where to get it. The associate behind the counter had black hair and brown skin tone (didn’t get her name). I told her twice, "Hello, good morning." When I was able to get her attention or maybe she was just ignoring me, she had on a stink face and seemed really bothered. I asked her where I could get my order and she told me to go to a checkout to get it there. They had customers there so I went in the line and had a very pleasant experience with them, they were nothing like the last associate. Everything in my order was accurate, no complaints there.

Huge shout out to Valente for helping me with my returns today. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and positively impacted my day. I wish every retail employee was more like Valente. A++ rating to him personally!

Staples is my go-to spot for printing services! The prices are super affordable, the turnaround is always fast, and the quality is excellent. The woman who runs the print area has amazing customer service — she always makes sure I know about the best deals so I’m getting the most for my money. She’s really helpful and accommodating, which makes the whole process easy. I keep coming back here for professional printing and couldn’t recommend it more!
