We had a great shopping experience thanks to Clay. He saw my partner and I trying to figure out what size wood we needed and he stopped and asked if we needed any help. We were able to find the right piece for a more affordable price. We truly appreciated his guidance!

I was in this morning looking to match some paint for a project on my property. I was helped by Patricia T. (She also works in the Lumbar department). She was outstanding and not only helped me match some paint, but did so with an extremely positive attitude and great customer care. Probably one of the best experiences at this location I have ever received. I hope the proper accolades and rewards finds this employee. She definitely deserves all the kudos. Was extremely knowledgeable and timely. She seems very dedicated and has a high degree of motivation for her work.

Returning items: CASHIER MARGUERITE refused to give me cash when I had the receipt and the physical debit card I used to purchase the items. It came to $120 so it wasn't some crazy amount and was purchased that same morning. She stated that Home Depot will only return to the card that was used. I asked for management, she called and said "They said I can do it THIS time." I called corporate who said there shouldn't have been any problems receiving cash for my return. Just a heads up, plan on wasting time and arguing with her since she believes she's right.

Pat from the paint department was excellent in navigating me with the right equipment for an upcoming project. Her knowledge made my experience in the store, quick and cost efficient.

I just left home Depot. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and very friendly staff. I checked out and the two people at the check out stand were so friendly. Definitely will be going back soon! Shaquitta helped us with our cut blinds. She was so very friendly. I wished that I would have given her a big hug!

I frequent this location on a weekly basis. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Their inventory is normally full, if they're out of an item they will help you find a suitable replacement.

I go to this store all the time. I have never had a more worse experience than today. I believe I was discriminated against by the older Caucasian lady at self checkout. I purposely pulled out my Home Depot card so she could see it. Not to mention she greeted customers before me gave me eye contact didn't say anything & when I left didn't say anything but made sure I scanned everything and had a receipt. Next time I go there I will speak with a manager about her lack of hospitality and customer service.
