I called to make a reservation and they flat out refused to make me one, citing "their system was down", wouldn't make me a physical form, or unofficially reserve one either saying, "we have plenty that will be available tomorrow". When I showed up the next day, they had NO trucks available. And basically said, "Oh yeah, we reserved all of them yesterday after you called. Sorry. Can't help you. Good luck."

The customer service is lacking compared to previous experience. The manager is a great guy but some of the guts working the yard are grumpy. Maybe it's the 104° heat so I'll change it from a 3 to a 4.

The night shift obviously doesn’t know how to do their job! I had to get up early get my baby up early to drive 40 minutes to get a tow hitch put on my car just to find out that they don’t even have the parts no one called me! I guess make sure you call yourself the night before to make sure they have what you need!

Terrible service and thieves. I rented a moving truck from this location, filled out the online forms when inspecting, noting that the fuel tank had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas. I returned the truck with at least as much gas if not more than when I was given it and charged ridiculous fees because I didn't fill the tank for them. This experience has turned me off of using Uhual in the future and if it ever comes down to me being forced to use it again, it won't be from here, because this location at least is only after stealing money from their clientele.

Called to make an appointment for a wiring harness install on Sunday and the person told me that I could come in same day for drop off service. I get to the store and the attendant says there was no one on site to do an install, they would only be there on Monday, I asked what time could come in to get it done and they said that they open at 7 and it would take 30 minutes. I came in at 7 AM and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with an extremely rude service tech who said he was too busy to help me and that I’d just have to deal with it. Think twice before you deal with these incompetent fools.

Better to goto uhaul on person than order online. You never know if they have certain boxes that they sell in stock. They are cheaper than Amazon on a lot of the inventory.

Well I know touchless is good but they make you take photo of the truck before and the after not even an attendant present. NEXT IS VENDING UHAUL MACHINES. PUT YOUR HUNDRED BUCKS IN THE SLOT A GARAGE OPENS AND YOUR TRUCK IS READY TO GO.! NOT SURE UHAULVEGA IS GOOD!
