Absolutely outstanding customer service from Andrew. When Verizon call center deactivated my phone I was left without any way to communicate with anyone since I no longer have a landline. Andrew was an absolute gem. Not only was he able to get the phone working again quickly his pleasant friendly personality completely calmed me down. Andrew is that rare gem of an employee that companies are blessed to have. I hope you get the recognition you so rightly deserve. Thank you for turning Verizon's disaster into a positive experience. ❤️

Rolando is fantastic! Got me set up with a whole new plan and a new iPhone 17 Pro! We had some great conversation while waiting for my phone to transfer. Great guy and great store!

I stopped by this Verizon store and saw there was only one employee working, which I totally understand—things happen and staffing can be tight. However, I waited for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Not even a quick "I’ll be right with you." A simple acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way in making the wait feel more reasonable. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service left a poor impression. Hopefully this is something that can be improved moving forward.

UPDATE AFTER A FEW MONTHS: We were told our phones would be free; that we would receive bill credits for 36 months. Well, we were lied to. We currently have a device payment on our bill. We were told our bill would be $160/month. Our first bill was almost $350 & then is was $251.83 & $251.77. Every month I have had to call "Customer Care" to find out why the bill is so high. Customer care isn't any help. Nobody can seem to get anything done correctly. Called the store we originally signed up with & they can't do anything because the phones were shipped to us. Asked to speak to the District Manager but that person is conveniently on vacation until the following Friday. Not very happy about being lied too! BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Sierra was amazing with explaining everything to us. She answered all of out questions & provided up with all the information we needed to make out switch from T-Mobile to Verizon! Took less that a couple hours to do everything from switching services, to pre-ordering new phones, to setting up our Verizon accounts. She is awesome!!!
