I can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and communication. They definitely have top tier customer service. They installed a 2 inch lift with new wheels and tires at a very fair price. They are very blunt and thorough on the hiccups that may arise through the install. My truck rides like stock and came out exactly how I wanted and envisioned it to be. Definitely give these gents an opportunity because they are honest and don’t cut corners. Appreciate everyone from the store manager down to the technician. If you’re willing to pay to play definitely invest your hard earned money and time here.

I stopped at 4 Wheel Parts several times now in Fresno and the guy is behind the counter her super knowledgeable and we will definitely steer you in the right direction. They had everything I needed in stock and Moore. I look forward to keep using these guys as might go to. Way better than ordering online. I did receive a product from another manufacturer and they made the exchange seamless.

Well my experience started out not so good to be honest. I called and ordered a lift for my wife's jeep and went in dropped off the jeep and after looking over the paperwork I noticed the lift part number didn't seem right so I called and was assured it was correct. Then I received a phone call stating I needed wheel spacers that the salesman did not tell me about " he no longer works there lol" then the assistant manager called me and told me I had to purchase the spacers or have my jeep towed out of there. I called there national hot line and spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Mike and he pointed me in the write direction and I waited to speak to the stores general manger Kevin. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything on my wife's jeep was handled the way it should have been. The service tech that installed the lift did a amazing job. If you're going there to have your rig worked on ask for Kevin and if he's busy be patient he knows what he's doing and actually cares about his stores reputation and his customers!!! Thanks Kevin

Great Customer Service! Very knowledgeable. I spoke to Kevin and was very helpful with picking sizes on what works and doesn't. I have a 2018 F150 XLT 4×4. I was wanting a small aggressive look but didn't want to make any big chances. I like the 33" look so we found some tires that would work for me and my family. Not bad on the wheels and tires either. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking look other then stock. Very helpful people!

The staff is amazing and helped me pick out the wheels, tires, front bumper, rear bumper and also installed everything including the lift. Best in town for all your 4 wheel part needs.

My hats off to the mechanics, reheated my 23 JL 4xe from 4.10 to 4.88 to support 37’s and the difference is instantly obvious. However, there were some challenges along the way. When I initially went in and purchased the gears, they were quoted for a non-Rubicon model. As many of you know this type of purchase can be pretty challenging when explaining a 3K purchase to your spouse and in some respects painful. So when it was figured out that the quote was incorrect, I was up charged as a result of the mistake, and had to explain an added cost of $409.00 to my wife again meaning that I got to relive the experience with my wife twice for the same purchase. That was fun.. Then she figured out that somehow I got double charge a couple of weeks later for the $409, so I got to relive the experience again. When I went to address the double charge with 4wp they maintained that they didn’t make the mistake, even though the second charge has a completely different invoice number. Long story short I got all of the talk that they were addressing it on a corporate level but never followed back up with me on any resolution, I had to chase the outcome. It is now 6 weeks after the fact and I've disputed the charge through the bank but have gotten no resolution to the situation or have been reached out to by 4WP in any manner that suffices what I would expect with regard to engagement on the issue. Nevertheless, mechanically so far everything they have done with my jeep, lift kit installation, tiers and wheels, and re-gearing has met every expectation. The customer service (and I do not pin this on one person) leaves a lot of room for improvement on the table and is driving the lower satisfaction rating.
