As much as I thought this storage facility was going to be great with customer service. Unfortunately me and my wife’s experience was the opposite. The lady at the desk seemed to be nice. Although we didn’t get to communicate very much. We were took on a quick tour by an elderly man who I realized after, must have been the grounds keeper. This individual caused this review and losing a future customer. My wife politely asked a simple question regarding to renting the unit. Her question was are we allowed to rent for only a month? And for some reason he replied back rudely and was very defensive And from the way he was speaking as if she already knows how the whole process and billing works, and like we were trying to get over him? We have never rented a storage unit before. Now understand that only that one question came out of my wife’s mouth and he replied back with rude disrespectful tones as if he didn’t like the way she looked? Racism isnt the right word to use. This was clearly Discrimination/Profiling. I often get mistaken to be an image that he would more highly recommend due to my complexion but I am not what he assumes I am. My wife and I are interracial. Not sure why responded like this and as if he was someone important when he’s clearly not. His info was way off. I know this because we went to a storage facility were the service was extremely great! And way better info explain nice and professional and simple. That old man needs to be restricted for interfering with customers.

First time renting storage. The Managers were very kind and helpful through the process. I appreciated the smiles! Thank you.
