I buy alot of quality parts they have good warranty and if you don’t use your part you can always return it great people. Also very clean shop and store . If you have a Frightliner or a West buy from here. Good prices
Took my truck in for an oil change. They told me $349.99. The next day, they called and said I needed some repairs totaling $1,100. Then the following day, someone else called saying the total would now be $4,049 after a "second inspection," claiming they found a leak. My truck was perfectly fine before I brought it in. Very dishonest shop! Be aware, on the paperwork it says "courtesy bit inspection," but they charged me $500 for it.
Fresno Truck Center seems to prioritize one customer over others. I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours, and they don’t seem to care about the long wait or other customers. Very disappointing service, especially for a simple return.
My husband took his truck in for an oil change. We were told the total would be $349, but when he picked up the truck, the bill was $849.69. We were charged for a diagnostic we never asked for, and the repairs we actually approved weren’t even done. Just because we chose not to do all the repairs they suggested. They charged $250 an hour for diagnostics, totaling $500 for something we didn’t authorize. This feels dishonest and unfair.
We need more professional like these in the truck market. They need more staff on front counter. Overall good service
Night staff or afterhours guys at parts department is the worst . When you buy a part from them they give you 1 year warranty and if part is bad and you go back to replace it they will say they cant replace it or dont have the part available even tho yoj call and check the avaiabilty of that part they will say come back to morning staff or pay for part and get refund from morning staff please give them proper training
Check in at 9am got out the same night. wiring harness issue with the ABS Module and Steering Wheel straighting. They also have food places near by and a taco truck vebdor outside.
