One of the best auto parts stores in Fresno. Brittany and Miguel are very helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond my expectations and help me every time my car needs parts. I own 2 Volkswagen cars and it’s very hard to find someone as knowledgeable as they are who can help find the right parts on the first try.

5 stars isn't enough! The customer service here is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a vibe that's both relaxing and energetic. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of, and it shows in the little details. Can't recommend this place enough – I'll be back!

You tried to charge $11 for a basic tail light bulb. Walmart had it for $7. That's a pretty huge margin try to crack my head on a simplistic basic light bulb

Miguel & Brittney are awesome! I always stop in to this shop for small things i used to buy on amazon for almost 2-3x times the price. You literally walk in and they have multiple products for what you need for WAY less than most places. the location is very clean as well, and they always ask if you need any help before shopping! They are open late which is awesome for last minute trips as i travel for work and forget to pick up windshield fluid, coolant, etc. Also if you feel like you’ll be "ripped off because you’re a girl" they DO NOT treat you that way!!!!! They are very reliable!!!!

I have gone to the old and new location on shaw & Blackstone, numerous times . Brittany one of the employees and now manager i believe has assisted myself on, several occasions and did a fantastic job ,finding the right parts that i needed. She was very knowledgeable in different areas,and what she didnt know she found out.I was very impressed with her customer service and skills. I was having a issue with my old key fobs not working ,and she went above and beyond and did som research on her own time and figured out what had to be done and it worked and saved me a bunch of money,sorry O'Reilly's Bottom line great place great service from all the workers ive delt with

Assistant manager, George was in there this morning, I came in for the electrical test. Because I need to buy a new battery. I’m in there with my two young daughters and ask him if he can do the electrical test so I may purchase the battery for my car, And he tells me that he cannot come out there because he needs to take care of the store. There are zero cars in the parking lot and there are zero customers in the store. I asked them it seems like it’s a good time to come out there, and he said he might need to answer the phone….. A guy walks in your door and says he needs to buy a battery, and you tell him that you will maybe need to answer the phone…..
