New facility, clean unit, indoors, and climate-controlled. Desiree was great. She showed me various units and explained everything in detail. Getting me set up was a breeze! I've just started moving my large art canvases into my 8x10 unit and it is freeing me up here at home. Less clutter in my life is a good thing! Highly recommend StorQuest.

Very nice managers checked on my lock I left open once and informed me to come lock it properly. Very helpful when I needed to change storage sizes as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in Fresno area! One of the best!!

I stopped by to inquire about access hours and prices cause it’s close to work. And although I didn’t end up renting with them I thought their customer service was on point of the 4 places I stopped at. I don’t remember the name exactly of the girl who helped me. Started with an L and she had curly hair. She was awesome.

Definitely make sure to read all documentation with them even if you got a special 3rd party cause once you have your belongings in there they will change your price make you go do the run around . As far as the office goes yea I don’t feel it’s completely comfortable with them putting their own locks on my storage days before my due date cause I was removing my belongings . Definitely over charged on fees & things of that nature but yea I definitely would not recommend them definitely lots of factors to check .

I'm giving this place 2 stars because the Assistant Manager, Patty, has been extremely helpful. Also, the grounds are very clean and well kept. The manager for this location, Desiree, is not very customer-oriented. In my experience, she has not been approachable, her communication should be clearer and more effective, and she has on many occasions not kept her word or has given me incorrect information that she has to later walk back. Dealing with Desiree has been challenging and is affecting my experience as a customer utilizing StorQuest services.

Best storage unit in the area. Climate controlled units at an affordable price. Desiree and Patty are both extremely helpful and very nice!

Facility maintenance was very clean. Faster rental process, love the online accessibility to rent or even place on hold. Helpful support staff, Desire was awesome and so very helpful. Patty was as well. They are both so kind.
