I think home Depot has finally got some employees that are worth a dam. In the past I couldn't find an employee to help no matter how much I walked through the store looking for one. Now I had an employee named Mario that helped me out with my whole list. Very friendly such a model employee I enjoyed my visit there that day

Horrible service when it comes to delivering items to you’re house. Big items. I bought a washer & dryer & called to let them know I’ll b home 10 min since I had barely left my house. The lady said i would maybe make it on time. She never even tried to call them & tell them I was on my way. When I got their they were gone. So now I had to reschedule again. They need to IMPROVE ON THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. DESERVES NO STAR FOR THIS.

I ordered thirty-five hundred interlocking bricks and received thirty-four hundred marked as if it was thirty-five hundred. Only when I brought it to their attention with pictures showing the actual shortage did they agree to ship out the 100 bricks I was shorted. Money wise, it would have been about $150.00 loss. You can see in the pictures, both palets marked 400 while the lower palet only has 300. Keeping a close eye on All orders delivered from Home Depot from now on.

The workers were very helpful , and would ask if I was finding everything okay. Great customer service skills.

Very rude customer service representative. I stood beside her register while she was chatting with her co-workers. When I called her attention as I had to return to work, she seemed bothered. She took my information, walked away and when she returned, she pushed the box at me-- a fairly big box- and walked away. I will NEVER return to that location. I shop at the Shaw location, but my package was sent to KC. Not a good thing to have an employee who is disrespectful to a senior citizen Home Depot!
