Tom was AMAZING!! He helped me choose the right battery for my car & spent time replacing the battery while educating me 🙂 He went above and beyond to clean my corroded terminals off! He was very nice & friendly. I always like going to this specific Advanced Auto Parts - for these reasons entirely! Thanks again Tom! I appreciated The help

I just want to comment on an employee at the Kentwood Division Avenue 44th Street store. Adan D. was extremely helpful with my brake lamp and he even checked my lights for me and discovered I also needed my reverse light replaced too. He helped me with all my lights and made sure they worked before I left the store.

We brought a dead battery to this Advance location in Cutlerville. A young man named Vince (we believe) was awesome. He stood with honor and integrity and noticed our battery was not 3 years old. He knew we bought it at the competitor brand across the street. He told us it should still be under warranty so we should be able to replace it for free. He didn't feel honorable trying to sell a battery we shouldn't have to pay for. We were so grateful! we went to the competitor and indeed got our battery replaced under warranty for free. We went back to thank him but he was gone. The general manager of the store was filling in and was also very proud of this man. We had gone back to show our thanks to Vince.

Aden is literally the best!!!!!! Got a new battery at another advance auto and it was dead and couldn't start my car. Literally went above and beyond out of their way to check to see if the new battery was dead, and get me warranties for a new one!

4.6/5 Stars I've never been to an advanced auto parts before but they carried my part that I needed. So they had very friendly staff when I entered the place. I knew what part I needed but I wanted extra conformation on it so I wouldn't have to hassle when I took the car apart. The store was a little run down and it seemed like stuff was everywere. But besides that it was a great 1st experience.

Love me some Advance Auto, why, because of the personalized service, the organized environment and the fact they are right down the street. Even though they didn't have what I needed they treated me like I was the only customers there. A++.

Stopped by Advanced Auto Parts today, searching for a few Auto Clips, and was assisted by a gentleman named "Andy". Very nice guy! He really went out of his way to help and I just wanted share this good review for that. Thanks Advance Auto Parts!!!!
