We cannot believe the excellent service of Mach & his team! They worked SO HARD—for hours and hours and hours! I had initially felt tense about this big day but they kept making me laugh and they helped me truly enjoy a day I kind of dreaded. There was no need to worry! There was not a scratch or bump the whole day—and we had some delicate pieces of art that needed extra care. Big Lake Movers turned this big move into a delightful day! Thank you so much, guys!!!

Paul and Raymond were awesome and knocked out my small apartment move quickly and safely. I'm very happy with their work and glad I made the choice to hire movers vs. manage it myself. I had to take a star off my review because of the overall experience: I reached out to Big Lake Movers after seeing many positive local recommendations online. From the initial quote email, Nate was very communicative and patient with a lot of back-and-forth while I was trying to finalize a move date with lots of competing factors. I confirmed the date and start time with Nate. When the start time came and went, I called the office and had a series of phone calls with Mach. Ultimately, the moving team made it over later in the day, and the move was completed quickly and in good spirits from start to finish. Communication could have been a little better day-of, but I understand working around a scheduling glitch can be stressful for all parties. Thanks to Mach for working with me to make sure the move happened and that I was pleased with the experience in the end.

Our original planned movers didn’t show up and Big Lake Movers saved our butts. I know it probably wasn’t ideal but they were more than willing to come on such short notice. Highly recommend this company!

Overall, my experience with Big Lake Movers was positive. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and the pricing was fair. The only hiccup was that it seemed like there was some miscommunication on the front end as the movers weren’t aware that the move was to a 4th floor unit and they didn’t even have the destination address at first. This led them to say some vocalised frustrations during the process, but in the end everything was completed smoothly. I’d still recommend them as they got the job done efficiently, just wish the scheduling details had been handled a little clearer.
