BMW Motorcycles of Grand Rapids

I was traveling across the US and Canada and needed a 36k service. I called many dealer in Minnesota and Michigan and BMW Motorcycles of Grand Rapids said they could get me in first thing in the morning. They completed the full service and replaced the tires and I was in the road in about 3.5 hours. They did outstanding work!

Been dealing with BMW of Grand Rapids for 20 years or more. Absolute outstanding people, Andrea is just a peach to deal with and talk to, and Steve the service manager, is a great guy, very accommodating to deal with, and very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to return after any service or sales they fix my bike right every single time and my parts are always the correct part without fail. Cannot say enough about the sales, service, and parts department everyone there treats you great and does a fantastic job. They will never let you down, you can strike up a conversation with anyone in that building, no matter how technical, and you will learn something every time as every single one of them knows their product inside and out. Pretty rare these days! Great job Andrea, you can be very proud of yourself.

Armando is incredible, amazingly friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Karl in finance is a hoot, and the the rest of the Staff are quite friendly as well from my limited experience. Definitely worth buying your next beemer from here just for the folks who work here. 10/10

While the 36k maintenance was pricy, the staff is very thorough and I am pleased with the results. Service manager Steve is very helpful and keeps you informed. The work was completed within the estimated time. I appreciate their work and will continue to use their service department.

Great stocked up shop! Brandon Gremban and company got me set up with a tank bag along with a new battery for my fob. If you’re traveling across country definitely put a pin on this shop as they will treat you well and get you back on the road.

Meticulous customer service, always timely in their responses and providing professional care. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and make the whole experience smooth and reliable.

Service was start right at the scheduled time. All services were performed in a timely manner. A safety check of my motorcycle was performed before releasing motorcycle back to me. Always had excellent service here and will work you in if necessary.
